I have been in bed most of today. Relieved DD2 has landed in New York. Haven't actually heard from her yet but checked online. I didn't actually sleep last night and was on the road to Heathrow at 4.30am and was back in bed at home by 10am. :cool:

Feel jet lagged myself and haven't even flown anywhere. :rotfl:

I am pleased you got some answers from the podiatrist. :A I hope the insole gives you some relief, Mr TS had to wear something similar in one of his shoes years ago when he had a problem with his back. It certainly helped and he doesn't use it now not sure why he stopped maybe only needed for certain time.

..on closer inspection they are asterisks and presumably sensible sized dippers :rotfl:
