Does anyone regularly use Dropbox?

I have music files emailed to me through Dropbox ive loaded the app on my phone to access them for now but I'd like to put the music on a cd for the monkeys to listen to in the car...
Is this possible? Tried google but not found an answer that I actually understand for a complete technophobe like myself:o:p

Movies for juniors at cineworld is good for the little ones, Saturday mornings and throughout the holidays. £1.50 per ticket you can reserve seats online. Usually it's movies that have been out a couple of months... Our nearest recently showed home showings usually start just after 10am.
