Good afternoon :) I have a twisted out of line foot and 1 leg a fare bit shorter than the other  and this all being contributed to by my age;)He has built me up and inset for my shoe(no more sandles for a while) and is hoping this will give me some respite on the pain I have been getting recently

Mr TS had to wear something similar in one of his shoes years ago when he had a problem with his back. It certainly helped and he doesn't use it now not sure why he stopped maybe only needed for certain time.

I too found out that I have one leg longer than the other. It must have been 25 years ago as I had been suffering badly with my back and was referred to hospital. They made me wear an insole thingie and it did help a lot. I also found that my hip wasn't as painful either.
There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.

Good evening had a lovely day with dgd we have made joint effort

breakfast and dinner ate too many sweets sang danced done nails

    lipstick

blown bubbles had 2 water fights been in the loft she loves it up

there only because there are future toys and clothes that are up

there for her played doctors teachers and read stories done jigsaws

went into town for her a school bag and she wanted this little tube

about the sizes of a bubbles tube that had some coloured liquid in

asked the lady what it was and she said its like a childs "red bull" I

very bravely told her she wasn't having any.... to the reply of my

mam lets me have it so I said your mams not here seek legal advice

when you get home (and phone child line if necessary) I asked her

to choose something else she insisted she only wanted one of these

drinks so I said ok lets go and I walked

out of shop quickly followed by dgd who was wondering how she

had managed to go in and out of the sweet shop with out any

    goodies to show for it

so hopefully a good lesson learnt today by her

but am shattered so off for a bath and bed

    nite night folks
