Oh dear SSM have you done 2 shops together there?

The Garnier and the Lynx's did not have worked on any comparison.:eek::eek:

The blueband and the Yorkies worked well (someone said that the Yorkies was now showing!).

    Hiya, just a quickie.
I'm in A and the extra special burgers 4 pack that were £1.97, are now £1.50. New stock being put out now.
No bog roll or kitchen towel.:(

Keep an eye on the washing up liquid. I am ready to pounce if goes to 50p.:D

I am afraid due to being a sad singleton I buy my burgers one at a time in S as I dislike freezing food. Lush though.

Ooh got me thinking burgers now. When eating out they think I am mad when I order a burger with no bun:rotfl::rotfl:

No I am being good. real nsd even staying away from online things with sequins. Must get to the Range monday for black felt though. Going to have a Prosecco ice pop in a bit which will stop me driving. Anyone made Prosecco sorbet. Don't worry not using the nicest one but some I have had for a while.

My rugby World Cup tickets arrived today :j

I got two New Zealand games, one of which is at the Olympic stadium in London that I can't go to because it clashes with my holiday :(

Apparently there is a glitch on Australian cricket bats at the moment.

Good afternoon lovely people - the sunshine is lovely :j

On my Boots app last night I noticed I had some new bonus offers one of which was 300 boots advantage points for spending £5 on natural collection collection.

It actually appeared twice which was odd but I activated both anyway. There are usually about 5 offers and I just activate everything

This morning I remembered to put the boots card in my bag - very rarely used these days.

I was getting a few basics - clear mascara, eye liner and blemish stick and they were £1.99 each so £5.97 - these you are supposed to replace every 3 or 4 months anyway for hygiene so it's not worth buying big brands

At the tills I was sent over to the No 7 counter lady who was most helpful. She said if the points don't go on she would put them on manually, put my card in the machine, scanned everything - I was paying with a £5 love2shop voucher and the rest cash.
Then she looked at my receipt and said the bonus points had gone on automatically - both sets :j - so an extra 600 points worth £6 on my Boots card :j - so technically free :T
I've now got nearly £10 - years since I had a balance of any merit on the Boots card - I don't even include it on my excel chart

(The other bit was from prior to Christmas - I had to take something back but the bonus points stayed on, keep expecting them to disappear)

And I uploaded the receipt onto COS for another 5p

2.4m Carphone Warehouse accounts compromised. Keep an eye on your bank statements as up to 90k credit card details have also been taken. I'm between phone contracts and this has removed them from my future equations.

I think this is one of the days I've realised how dim I am.
2ndly I realised you could upload receipts to COS for 5p each rather than the old 1p - max of 5 a day. But also it was not just supermarket receipts it is most stores. So I've been rooting through the receipt basket looking for anything with an August date on.
Very few wombles about but the Marks one OH found, crumpled and with a hole in the middle - that one uploaded fine :)

1stly we have been to Chester today on the train and its about a 10 min walk into the city centre from the train station - there are a few routes you can take but either way it's not the most exciting walk.
OH says why don't we walk into town via the canal - oddly we usually walk that way back to the station but never go into town that way - no idea why, it's such an obvious thing to do- much more pleasant and no longer than going via the road

I mounted the pavement while trying to negotiate a double roundabout :o

    It does get better :)

I just slightly curbed a car as I was turning left at lights, it was just after I'd bought it so I took it back to the garage and complained - I only had 1st and 3rd gear so I had a very cautious trip back up the road. There is a tiny piece of plastic that had snapped so they replaced it - don't know if they ever realised it was something I'd done rather than something they had missed on the pre sale checks :D
