If a significant number of people within a group behave in an illegal and anti-social way, then if that group does not wish to be associated with that behaviour it would speak out against it.

Cyclists don't, but bleat on and try and place the blame elsewhere.

I saw a car driver do it a few weeks ago quite blatantly. He had stopped at a pedestrian crossing, a few people crossed and then he just set off when it was still red. I don't blame all car drivers for the dangerous actions of a few but I expect every driver to be a dangerous idiot and drive or ride accordingly.

I also don't take the blame for what other cyclists do, so suck it up.

I'm a cyclist which makes me part of a demographic group. I haven't joined a club or chosen a creed. I'm just a cyclist. I've never felt associated to or been accused of being a cycling red light jumper. The vast majority of people I encounter when cycling judge me on my behavior. Not on the actions of others who are entirely unconnected to me. If they did, wouldn't you consider them prejudiced?.

I don't feel the need to speak out against cyclists jumping red lights because its nothing to do with me. I expect many other cyclists feel the same. Sorry if this doesn't fit your world order.
