TCB offering £80 at the moment, only the next 3 days.

Co-op not offering a switch incentive currently though.

Interested in the £80 from TCB, the terms are hard to clarify (for me at least!)

I have 2 co-op cashminder accounts, can these be "switched"? (one of!) and qualify for the TCB payout? I've had them since 2007.

You should be able to switch them but you can't switch them to the COOP or Smile. Switching involves moving an account to a different bank.

If you mean, can you have two co op current accounts. Yes I have several. However this thread is in relation to quidco cash back, if that is your intention you need to read quidco's T&Cs; but no.

Quidco has come back to me and said that Coop has not given a reason for why cashback was declined so it has filed a claim for me. Guessing this is going to take a while to get resolved!

After months of waiting claim got turned down as Quidco said I must have been on other websites / not cleared cookies etc as Coop had not paid them the referral fee so they could not pass cashback on to me. They refused to budge so went to Coop and they credited my account with the amount of the cashback within 24 hours.

So they done this just with a phone call or you to make a complaint?

No I didn't need to make a complaint, just called them and sent them the quidco email response and screenshot of the offer I took at the time.

    Well done tg99!

What dept did you speak to at Co-op Bank?

I'm sure when I speak to the customer assistants, they won't even know what quidco, etc is!!

And then they'll say they can't be responsible for a third party site...

Just phoned up the general customer service number and first person who answered was the one who dealt with it.
