As I have previously stated I am a bit thick - can someone tell me what I need to do now?
I used the link posted to remove Norton and that went ok, I also removed Ghost as that is what the new program told me to do.
This is the info box I keep getting but the help guide doesn't help me...
‘No network device found, or your security software has conflicted with another antivirus or security program. Remove the conflicting software or connect your computer with a network, and then restart the program’

Someone has already registered themselves against the serial number I was sent as part of this 'offer' - not only have Trend Micro just divulged his personal details to me (cough, data protection act, not to mention security ) it's now locked me out - congratulations Trend Micro for producing yet another fantastic <notable sarcasm intended> piece of software :rotfl:

Time to uninstall this rubbish and get some decent (and free) software on board :beer:

It's a poor suite of tools, better to install AVG, Comodo and some decent anti-spyware stuff, all available free - without any offers, and without screwing up your PC configs. An offer to avoid methinks
