Char22, what sort of toys are on the list. How do they let you choose. Do you get colour bands or do it by price?

With the lead paint it's certain numbers but with the magnet scare its all polly pocket made since 2002!

The lead paint is different toys dora/cars/elmo etc. Barbie & Tanner and Polly pocket are magnets.

hi there a price next to each item- i was told on the phone that i would have £100 to spend . on the list theres 2 barbies, 2 barbie styling heads, 10 polly sets, 2 pixcel chics, 2 ello sets,3 batman things and 2 ratatouille things. it may seem lie a lot but my little one has no interest in pixcel chics, ello or the boy toys shes got most of the other pollys and she don't really play with barbies that much. so i'm kinda thinking would they give us vouchers so we could choose something ourselves. i don't think its fair my daughter should swap toys that she really liked and played for things that she don't really want
  • I looked on the uk mattel website and thought that I was ok - but then double checked on the us website and found that 2 playsets that I had bought from the entertainer and toys r us are listed as recalled there. So do double check

ps toys r us are still selling the Polly world quik clik kick mode (which is recalled) at a reduced price (around £3) so you could buy this, and return it to get a full price product in return!

Thanks, I think she would have liked pixel chix but they have very limited choice and only the one story house. It might sound picky but I don't see why she should lose a toy she likes to get one that she won't think is as good.

This sounds really bad, but a friend of my mums gave me a load of PP stuuf for my daughter last year. One or two of the sets on the list were included.

Should I send these back and get a replacement? Although I didn't pay for them as such, DD does really love them and plays with them all the time.
