To receive the code after a few minutes it's if you ordered after 20th november.

They came back to me saying nothing wrong. I have checked that 2000 points have disappeared from my survey history for the survey I done on 26/10/16.
Its good I keep a record of my surveys but a lot of panelists don't.


Update - they have now added 2000 points into my account.

Has any one received their incentive for this I had and email on Friday that it was on its way but then nothing.:(
I mean the Fabric Care Community thing that has been going on for the last few weeks.

I didn't receive an email either. However, the points were added to my Senses account (40000 instead of the 45000 stated in the last email). Check your account!

Same as me - check your statement. It has the date as November that the 40000 was added

Thanks found them in my account
I got 4000 and then another 500 posted as a separate top up amount.
Just had email about laundry detergent trial in January too.
