I've just checked my account, saw I had enough points so ordered a £5 Amazon voucher and it was sent straight away which was a surprise!0

I ordered mine on 8/11, not arrived yet, went onto the site and it says codes arrive within minutes, think they would clear the backlog before they change the system.0

I initially thought the email which came through straight away was just a confirmation of order then I noticed the Amazon code on it so might be worth checking again just to make sure!0

Emailed them, this is the reply I received.
Madam,
it's normal, the code sent about 4 to 6 weeks after.
To receive the code after a few minutes it's if you ordered after 20th november.

Hi All, I would like to bring yours attention that you all better check your club's balances. Yesterday there were 3800 points sitting in my senses club balance. I definitely saw 3800 as I wanted to know how much I have to earn before £5 amazon voucher. Today I completed their survey for 2000 points and log in to my account to discover that I only got 2100 points in my balance and 2000 are from todays survey. The 2700 points have just disappeared! I wrote to them about this and currently awaiting for their answer!0
