I make my OH sandwiches for his lunch every day. Occasionally I will make a cucumber heart and pop it in the lunchbox. It's only a small effort but he loves it.

Why do women insist on the seat being down? Can't they get their heads around the technical innovation called a hinge?

BUT WHY do they very rarely put the lid down (coz they don't understand hinges?). It has been proven many times that the spray from the flush travels up to 2 metres, all over the toothbrushes.

So don't moan about the seat being up.

Both genders need to keep the seat AND the lid down.

Don't really get how the lid being up/down can be a gender issue?

As a woman, I can tell you that I do always put the lid down before flushing, it would seem odd to me not to. So I suppose that must also mean that I understand hinges.

I love the fact that my husband also does this.

I always thought putting the lid down was on a health issue. It also keeps any smell in it.

Plus putting the lid helps any unexpected baths by pets.

I make him a packed lunch every day, even though I quite often don't bother making myself one.

He makes me a cup of coffee when I get home from work, as he is usually home before me.

I make him a cup of tea every morning as I get up earlier than him.

He empties the dishwasher without being asked and thanks me for a "wonderful meal" after tea every day, despite me being the worst cook in the family!

Yep, it's the little things. :D

What happens if your pet wants to use the loo though.

The whole Toilet Seat Debate has never bothered me, even when The Offspring's other parent was around; I suppose wimmin use the seat 99% of their visits while blokies have a 50/50 need...
We had a family debate when Pup came to live with us & all agreed that the loo shouldn't become another drinking bowl _pale_

I was referring to the seat ...... not the lid. That makes it far too complicated! Lol

Yesterday I bought my DH a chocolate muffin to show him that I was thinking about him whilst I was out... but whilst I was waiting for him to come home I got hungry/greedy and ate it! :o I suppose the thought was there, right?! ;)
