Right so where do i go from here?
i just spoke to the letting agent and she (didn't know what she was talking about) said they are contracted across all their sites and have cameras on site and manned wardens who patrol -
this is obviously bullSheeeeet and she's just giving me the general threatening like the signage does "may be cameras/patrols" etc etc.
she also said there is no such thing as a permit as they don't allow any residents to park here.
where do i go from here..0 -

asking by whom , and what dates was info requested on (your) vehicle , reg no XXXXXX
state a start date and what you think is a finish date of the occurrence , lets see WHO and how many times they applied
then armed with the reply a sutable email to S Clark at the BPA might stir some action
this is pondlife , using PCS/DR+ , who break every rule/law , please see if your FIL can forward a NTK to you and post the picci after removing names/reg no and ticket No , lets see if its compliant0 -
Okay so her dad is probably going to have to pay. he won't want it going all the way to court for a start and I'm sure a judge will decide that camera phone pictures are enough evidence atleast 1 of the 6 times.0

No! Giving away £600???? Do as suggested. Get them to spend 6x £27 at POPLA appeal on signage being inadequate and other matters.
You would then still have time to pay before any court case.0 -

Huh? Haven't you listened to a word anyone's said? I refer you back to post #6:
appeal each ticket separately , get 6 or whatever separate POPLa codes , this will cost the %uggers 6 x £27 , after the first couple , they might just "twig" and cancel the rest.
Court my a**e. The only time these knuckle-scrapers will see the inside of a court room is when they are next accused of a criminal offence.Je suis Charlie.0 -
right okay. so i use the template from the newbies thread?
do i mention anything to do with cameras and the fact no PCN was given?
do i mention that the sign mentions maybe having a permit yet no permits are available?0 -

if it turns out that they are outsorsing the DVLA work to PCS , THEY ARE NOT APPROVED FOR ANPR either , so the NTK are no more than bog paper

Yes you can throw that in, can't hurt.
But remember, you cannot appeal. Ideally appeals will come from the vehicle's registered keeper, without mentioning who was driving. But if he wants nothing to do with it then the appeals will have to come from your girlfriend, as driver.Je suis Charlie.0 -
bazster , this company use PCS as there appeals service , this is ranked even lower than the IPC , the origionator (JD) will never see the appeal , and a reply will come from PCS / DR+ ,
they are clearly working outside POFa , needs must , get the info I suggested then armed with the flawed NTK(s) contact either steve or Gemma at the BPA , Gemma will come down on them like a house of bricks , (she does not like PCS)
we need to see a scan of a NTK , and the flaws before the OP does anything0
