    Hi all x

Paid stuff was horrendously busy today. So all I did was run around Benny hill style cooking and cleaning. Got in made the dinner, still need to wash up but I'm absolutely shattered. Did I mention that I hate cooking with a vengeance? and today I've realised that I'm in no way a people person.

Suppose I better get the washing up done seen as no one in here seems to know how to do it!

:rotfl:sounds like me and you are very similar, and I still have the WUP to do but the boys rooms are nearly empty so at least I feel I'm getting there.

Looking forward to wiping all the skirting boards etc before everything goes back.

  • Evening all,

Just a quick hello:wave:, not done anything as have been at mums since last night. Can post yesterday's list:

    [STRIKE]Daily stuff[/STRIKE]

[STRIKE]Fling open wind[/STRIKE]ows to let air in especially as it's been hot and the room will be stuffy.
    Clean Cobwebs
    [STRIKE]Polish furniture
Clean glass and mirrors - make them twinkle
Clear a hotspot ~ or spend 15 minutes clearing one.
    HHI[/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]Wash car ready for weekend
Hoover and clean inside of car[/STRIKE]
Start packing for weekend, print directions etc.

Didn't clean the cobwebs as decided I'd rather have spiders than flies. Did not start packing, am doing it now, honest.

CY goodness me, the thought of injecting myself makes me squirm but I'm sure I'd do it if I had to. I hope today has gone ok, take it easy x

Might not get chance to post again until Tuesday as setting off for the weekend away straight after paid stuff tomorrow. Hugs to everyone xxxx

Well I did some flying before dropping ds1 off at summer school and going into school. Ds2 had a great time in school. Reception is so much more fun to play. He spent the whole day outside in the sand pit and playing with the water.

We got back at 4 and for once Wasn't feeling too tired so I cracked on and hoovered the whole house. I also started washing down the door. I did all the intricate surround as well and it has come up really well. Took me bl**dy ages tho but glad I did it.

OH wanted a lazy night tonight so apart from tidying up the kitchen after dinner we chilled and caught up with tv!

    Remaining list:

Clear the drawer in my chest of drawers
    Sweep and mop kitchen floor
    Clean doors in hallway

Frantic Friday ~ Those frightening kids rooms and spare rooms
    Open windows to air room
Clear away anything that isn't in it's place, clothes, toys, books etc
Sort out outgrown clothes and give to charity/neighbours/younger children.
    Put away stray items

    Extras
    HHI x 6!
    Rearrange videos/games/books
Dismantle, clean and rebuild rest of unit
    Start to fill unit!
Start to clear ds2s room ready to prep for decorating!

The place. Actually starting to look a little presentable now!

I've had an afternoon/evening of pottering and achieved a fair bit. Had a clear out in some kitchen cupboards. Lots to fling along with big bag of DS clothes. So the clear out mission is continuing nicely.

Might pop to recycling centre tomorrow. Just to get the stuff out of the house. MIL returned a pair of shorts of DS' with another tshirt hidden in. He actually doesn't have too many now and it's cute so I've popped it in his cupboard.

I just need to sort through his bottom shelf which is mostly bedding *i think*

CY hugs, life really isn't fair sometimes. Well spotted.

This morning was mainly taken up with an assessment, so this evening has been working out scores, piling paperwork neatly and collecting books/tests that get scattered all round the lounge.

    One load washing on line.

Sorted the "ready to chuck" pile of magazines Mr N categorised yesterday, and brought another pile up to the room of doom:(.

Spent rather longer than anticipated with friend doing church flowers; it's a united village service on Sunday and the neighbouring village has some fantastic flower arrangers. Plus there is a wedding on Sat.

Wrote shopping list for tomorrow; having friends to dinner so plan is to go to Tesb0 early i.e. before Body Attack, do gym, drop more flowers back to friend, home for quick lunch, student arriving 2pm till 4pm. Then tidy anything that needs doing while picking veg from garden and cooking before friends arrive.

Have to credit Mr N with lots of flying this evening; bless him, I came home from the church to find cauliflower cheese half cooked, he'd blitzed the conservatory and tidied the kitchen.

I just need to pay a V1sa bill before bed.
Remember...a layer of dust protects the wood beneath it.

Wow it's tomorrow already :) I have been deleting about 3000 emails

    Yesterday I
    Deep cleaned the bathroom
Turfed out toy corner and gave it a good vacuum
    Henried the ground floor
    Changed my bed
    Washed all towels
Gave miss muddy paws her last tablet. She is better :)
Visited my parents with the boys
Read draft EHC transfer doc which arrived 18 weeks after our meeting
    Fed everyone
    Did lots of pots
Dead headed roses, smelt my new beautiful rose tree

CY You should soon get used to the injections. I had a blood clot in my lung whilst pregnant with ds2.

    Night night
