Yay, Bonnie!!! I was thinking of you only an hour ago! Just popping in, or coming back to join us again?
  • CY, thanks, DD2 is ok, and I am glad you are feeling brighter x
Natty thanks for that picture, I am now wiser and glad it is helping Bear.
Mrs MP we had so many CDs and DVDs cluttering up the shelves in our living room that I got fed up one day and put them in plastic storage boxes under our bed. We have not touched them for about a year. If I were to send them to CS though, OH would go bonkers.

    Anyway, progress made:

    [STRIKE]Daily stuff
    [/STRIKE]
Trashy Tuesday - Bathroom and Study/Pc Area

    [STRIKE]Clean floors in these rooms
Clean baths, toilets, don't forget the outside! and sinks
Delete 50 emails - do you really need that sale email from Dotty P's?
Empty and clean out all the upstairs bins! (the proper bins not the rooms that look like bins!)
Clean shower screen/curtain if you have one/if required
Collect all the dirty laundry [/STRIKE]
clean the radiators in these rooms
    [STRIKE]HHI... a bit more gone![/STRIKE]

Just popping in befor bed, not a whole load achieved but work and committee meetings decluttered and threw balls in the garden for DS for an hour.

Due at cricket with DS3 tomorrow but he took a knock on the hand at nets tonight so not sure if he'll be able to play tomorrow now. DS2's finger is improving though.

    Bonnie hi

CY continued love and coping vibes.

Washing up done so I just need to set the DW and lock up.

BM- hope your daughter is okay today.

    Feeling a bit brighter today.

Having to keep all my energy in reserve - have to go to the hospital for a blood test tomorrow and then back again on Thursday for another blast of chemo.

Hoping things go well for you - sending hugs x

Natty - glad to hear the belly band is working for your old boy. Sounds like it might improve things greatly for him.
Can't remember what got completed yesterday as my brain is working overtime. I'm still seething over the XW's attitude. I'm afraid that finally, after 5 years of playing the peacemaker and lobbying for her and the skids, I lost it. Big time. She now knows what I really think of her  Oops...

Glad it's the master bedroom today - can't move in there with all the clutter.

    Morning all

mrs-mp, I laughed out loud at your description of all your CDs :rotfl: It sounds like you've got enough to watch a different one every weekend until kingdom come! If you are throwing out any Time Team or Vicar of Dibley, please PM me ;)
HB, I loved your story of your "new" phone. You, a Luddite? Surely not! :rotfl:
Glad Bear is more comfortable and you are less stressed, Natty.

Pleased to say that I have solved my phone problem (even if it did take up most of yesterday afternoon and I never did get out in the garden), saved myself £££ every month :money: and have got a small handset and an operating system that I can work :D Last night I sat and typed up all my contacts off my old SIM card, culling a few duplicates and old business numbers on the way; now I've just got to put them into the new mobile - that's this evening sorted, then :p

    Today's list:
    - breakfast
    - phone DDiL2 re visiting on Friday :)
    - ring my brother about possible visit next Tuesday :)
    - go and feed DS1's hens (5 miles away, so that takes 45 min in all)
    - start reading a book which I need to get into before tomorrow morning's meeting, and make notes
    - do some more paperwork - I need the spare bed clear by Friday week for DGS3
    - early lunch
    - vol job all afternoon
    - phone to book a speaker for the Old Wives
    - copy mobile contacts

Best get moving now. Catch up later. (((Hugs))), spoons (with an extra handful each for CY and LW) and sticks all round x
