I'll be honest, there is nowhere i my house that is safe to hide stuff from me.
Absolutely nowhere. Even the loft. I can always tell if the trap door has been moved a millimeter.:DThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
No, it is actually my stash of pokemon cards from 1997 including a rare first edition Charizard that is worth a lot! There is also my completed star wars tazo collection and my Jeremy Guscott autograph. I cant be seen as having nerd stuff as i give her jip for being a nerd

Georgiegirl, you need to get yourself over to the KonMarie thread on the OldStyle Moneysaving Board - you and your handbag will thank each other

That method of tidying and sorting wouldn't suit me. I prefer to work room by room, which IMO still gets the same results. Just sorted out a 4x4 full of rubbish for the tip, and then filled it up with the same amount of charity shop stuff. i do agree with what she says about not keeping anything if it does t bring you any joy though.
I said junk (int he handbag), but to be honest, nearly everything is of use and is there for a reason....do need to have abit of a tidy up of receipts etc though!

Same with mine though someone a bit stricter would probably take some of my stuff out. No receipts though, as a YNAB addict I make sure they get logged and dealt with fairly sharpish
