What does she hate doing housewise, would always delegate to you to do and would never venture near ? That's your hiding place.

I have hidden the sweet treats from my teenage son over the school holidays by putting them at the bottom of my basket full of tea-towels. I am pretty sure they're safe, but if by any chance he does come across them having needed to use a tea-towel, I'm sure I'll be so overjoyed that I'll forgive him for eating all the kit-kats.

Does your wife frequently go in the attic looking for stuff you may have hidden? I can't think of anywhere better to hide stuff really. Not on your property anyway.

I take it you have not been married long then as any woman soon learns to train her husband either take the rubbish out or the wrath of the gods will no no mercy on the poor man ;0)
