im so glad that a person as skilked in (whatever you think your skilled in ) shuold insult me.
im so glad that it shows that not only are you a very rude person that also you annot read , maybe this is the problem of the education system or just that some people are arrogant ignorant morons , i ll leave that to you as your ever so much more clever than me- but tell me in my world the sky is blue--whats the colour of the sky in yours because you obviosuly dont live on planet earth !"

You are totally missing the point Adam, this forum is here to help people that are being scammed, had you commented on a current thread you might have been taken seriously.
But raking up one that is dead and buried is really of no use or interest now, calm down or you'll make yourself ill.;)0 -
no you couldnt make it up
my god what can be said
its to help scammers or for people who aspire to be barrack room lawyers to show off
the whole thread was in itself a scam by someone who ignored signs to get a parking ticket as you have all commented on my posts--my point has been proved
this is on the internet and someone has unfairly complained about getting a ticket--it need to be addressed -so no you don't get my point
spmeone has used this forum to make out they had been unfairly ticketed
then i get abuse from people who speak less sense than the cleverdick drunks in a pub who aspire to be barackroom lawyers.
#as you say you couldnt make it up--sadly the internet allows certain types of people to try to show how clever that they , it was better when these people only opined to other drunks in pubs0 -

From a quote in post 14 from the Fakenham Area Business Committee:
"I’m of the opinion that the issue is that visitors aren’t expecting a change to have been implemented and are therefore simply not looking at the signs. Perhaps some obvious and eye-catching additional signage could be added to make sure drivers are aware that they should follow the new rules."
A stranger may well look for signs for the parking conditions, but a regular user may not, unless it is brought to their attention that conditions have changed.
That is the main comment by the OP - lack of obvious notice that conditions had changed. Council car parks will often have temporary additional notices in car parks where conditions have changed, to help prevent similar misunderstanding, but not often in PPC controlled car parks as it helps increase their income if they don't.0
