Hello and welcome to Wet Wednesday! It's still so warm out though!!! What is going on??

Rosa and Sam, sadly I'm not putting any of you to shame. I'm shaming myself as I have so much rubbish and clutter that it needs this constant effort now. Something wonderful triggered in me a release of emotional attachment to "things" which is making the process go much faster than it has in the past. Maria Kondo perhaps? Possibly, but also you lovely people talking about your clearing out and decluttering too!

I do love the sound of the capsule wardrobe, although that's still a bit advanced for the likes of me. So I'll continue with my clearing and wait until I'm at the point I can focus on specific areas.

Nora, you were right, I can get the BHF to come and collect my unwanted treasures. Thank you.

Just catching up with everyone as been away at work ...

Capsule is 6 months in progress ...however well worth doing as I found every other day someone says you look nice yet its the same stuff I wore before ...little do they know its a lot faster to grab two things out the wardrobe of 40 than sift through 150 ...lol ...When I finish it I will maybe post some pics ... I plan to swap cheaper pieces for better buys when finances dictate but at the moment its not a priority ...plus one is the motivator to keep hair dyed ...and in a less bed head state... still trying really really hard not to stockpile toiletries.

Keep going with the declutter its really worth it I promise ..Kitchen cupboard done :P other two drawers avoided for now.

Oh I may have just been bitten in bed ( SADLY not by plus one :)

Jumps up like a cat with claws in ceiling .. there is a tiny black bitter flying around :( so will probably spend next 10 mins squinting with old slipper in an attempt to squish...God its small ...which reminds me to get eye check up ...!!

I still have the bloomin charity bag ..

Sam, I would hugely appreciate and love to see pictures of your capsule wardrobe. I could really do with some help. There's nothing like planning for a new date to show you how rubbish your wardrobe currently is! It's shameful! I've lost weight too so nothing fits that well!

You've been bitten? In bed? They're mean! I hope it hasn't come up too big and is just a minor nuisance. Did you get rid of the culprit? Using your home rent free, sharing your bed, eating well and paying nothing I assume!!!! The cheek of it! ;)

Rosa, I'm feeling beyond fizzy at the moment, but the nerves have set in as we've arranged to meet up on Tuesday. We've agreed that it 's not a date, we both want to take things steadily and get to know each other but every single insecurity I've ever had is now dancing in my head, reminding me of all of my flaws! Isn't the mind a wonderful thing???!!!???

So, onto my normal life! :) Financially all is going well. I did need to pop out for petrol today, and also to drop off some ziffit deliveries. I've still got 4 more to give them, but that's 2 large bags out of the way.

I've also done some more decluttering today, but have also managed to make a bigger mess where I'm just pulling things out from their hidey holes. The BHF are arriving on Monday to collect my huge amount of bags. I called them to let them know I have much more than my original estimate and the woman just burst out laughing! How lovely! :)

So, me and Mr 3rd Time Lucky have now arranged an outing for Tuesday evening after work. I've got an hour lieu time in the bank so I think I'll spend that to get home a bit early to prepare!!!! Wish me luck (gulp).

I've prepared my show for tomorrow. It all flowed together quite easily so very pleased to have that done and everything printed off. I'm trying to decide if I should let my trainee watch again or if I should get him to have a chat with me on air. I don't want to force him faster than he'd like, but having a small little conversation, where I ask him easy questions he can answer, should be ok.

I did my Rock n Roll show last night and loved it. I played songs mainly from the late 50's and early 60's as that, to me, is proper Rock n Roll. Plus, I love an excuse to play the likes of Buddy Holly. I felt quite natural chatting too! Maybe I've turned a little corner.

I went food shopping afterwards and stocked up, and also bought 2 lovely blouses. I need to try them on in the morning and take them back if they're not right, but I don't have anything nice or anything that fits now so they were a necessity! Honest!!! :D

It's almost Friday! Wooh! Happy end of week to everyone!

It certainly will MT. It's a bit daunting though isn't it.
