I loved watching friends too. I must admit mine are all grand plans and will probably unravel or fall short perhaps. Everything seems possible in my head then I look at school fees for secondary school or the lack of nice affordable houses near the Grammars and I want to reach for the glass of vino :(

For now I am going to continue to OP as much as possible until we meet the IFA and see what advice he has.

I hope preparation for the big birthday are going well ATB xx

  • This mortgage has to go!!

After experiencing the most terrifying evening of my life i am more determined than I have been to become MF.

DS, whos only 21 months old woke up an hour after bedtime and made a cry. We went in and DH picked him up. He stopped crying so DH put DS back in his cot. DS was laying completely still, eyes wide open and not blinking or moving his eyes. He was completely unresponsive to touch, sound or light and just staring straight ahead for 10 mins. Then the amazing paramedics arrived and he began some movement and blinking.

He was alert by the time we got in the ambulance and by the time we saw the Dr he was talking, walking and being his usual happy self. They think it was a seizure of some sort and no idea if it could happen again or why it occurred.

I have the biggest respect and admiration for all those keeping our NHS going... THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart.

I know its not the place to write about my scary experience but I wanted to share it to say thank you and also as a reminder to myself why we must be MF as soon as possible.

I will hopefully be making a unscheduled OP later today

    Diamonds xx
