    I think they are using inter bank exchange rate ...

    Maybe I'm being silly, but I've just got myself one of these and can't work out the PIN code. Their website says go into the 'card' section of the app and select 'show my pin' but I'm not seeing these options!

    And customer services relayed the same info as the website...!

    Are you still seeing the timeliness regarding the dispatch of your card underneath your virtual card? I ask because when this disappears you have the option to view your pin.

    I just checked my ap, and this timeliness had gone, but is back today - as such I no longer have the.ability to view my pin. I suggest giving it till tomorrow and hopefully whatever bug it is will be fixed.

    appears that is what has happened to me - have put in a message to support to see what can be done about it. Hopefully it's fixed by tomorrow night :eek:

    Oh it's fixed OK, which is why I topped up my card by £100. But my bank refused the payment, according to the app :(

    Lo and behold, this morning the £100 has been taken from my account. I am really worried that these guys aren't to be taken seriously, and their customer service are being as useful as a chocolate fireguard. I am tempted to contact my bank in case this is fraud....

    Do you get spot or mastercard rate when withdrawing none USD\EUR\GBP such as PLN(Polish Zloty) ?

    They use Interbankspot exchange rate for every currency. You culd check it before you exchage it.
