We can trade insults all day all we're doing is filling the gap until something happens, either there will be a breakthrough or there wont it's that simple everyone is entitled to their own opinion on here thats the whole point there are a lot of things that I dont agree with and a lot I do, I have no problem with being insulted its like water off a ducks back to me,but dont dont get upset when you get it back, on the point of having no interest in the matter I did in fact order 2 of these and had the confirmation PDF and the cancellation so I am interested in seeing the headless chickens chase Dell about, I and my company have bought a lot of items from Dell and on the whole have had pretty fair customer service not brilliant but no big corporation's normally is, I take it for what it is, a mistake, we all make them at work and at home but unlike other posters I dont think it should cost you all the time if you make one, otherwise I and a lot of other people would be penniless!,as for Dell taking time to put money back into peoples accounts I think this is more to do with the inadequacies of the banking system here and not down to Dell.my whole point is myself and other experienced members have seen this happen many times before, people spouting on about taking this company and that company to court and giving other members false hope, let me repeat it NEVER happens, the reason neutron will not get his drives is because if Dell let him have them they will have to fulfill all of them and they will have set a precedent, it WONT happen.0

anyway back on track ...to those who have had money taken from their accounts it might be worth you having a look in the last computeractive ..issue 248..page 13 (in case you want to have a quick look in a shop !)...in the consumeractive section the following case update appears regarding kitchen rolls from tescos...very interesting ...i'm afraid i don't know about putting it on here due to copyright...the gist is that money was taken on an internet order and they then go on about 'an invitation to treat'...worth having a look.
i'm sure it's far more reliable advice than that which people who aren't bothered can contribute.0 -
Has anyone had a Dell Satisfaction Survey e-mail today?
I never contacted them anyhow - they contacted me to tell me my order had been cancelled lolDear Valued Customer,
Thank you for contacting Dell Customer Care on 24/08/2007 with a question or
need for Dell. We appreciate the opportunity to assist you and are interested
in your feedback concerning our performance.
Dell has asked TNS, a customer satisfaction research company in the IT industry,
to help us conduct a survey regarding your experience. To help ensure we are
providing expert assistance, please provide your feedback in this brief survey.
This survey should take approximately 5 - 7 minutes to complete.0 -

This is a public forum neutron and I'm still waiting for you in your 28 post's in 3 years to help someone on here if you have information that may help people who are still hoping to get this from Dell post it instead of asking for PM's if you havent shut up.
And on this subject you have helped?0 -
So I take it that in every mistake you have made has cost you in your profession?
Probably. It's difficult to say, but mistakes, accidents and such like usually bear a cost to someone, even if it's not the person who make the mistake, wouldn't you say?because that is your argument.and I find your attitude personally offensive.
How you take the comment is entirely up to you but I think from attitudes expessed in many of your posts, my comment is entirely justified and I stand by it and would go so far as to repeat it:Odd_Fellow wrote: »If you disagree with that, you're part of the problem.0
