Is that perhaps the cost without VAT?
Is VAT then added further down the page?0 -

I've just received a bill from 18185 for £1.73. However, when I look at my itemised calls list, there is just one call on it, for 27p. (We haven't knowingly used 18185 for ages, but I think the number called must still be programmed into one of handsets with 18185 in front of it.)
Anyway, I'd like to query this bill with them, but cannot find an email address for them. The contact us section of their website asks me to read the faqs first before emailing them, but doesn't give an email address. Any ideas?
Thanks,

Thank you very much. I have now sent them my query - it will be interesting to hear their response.

I had similar last year from 1899, turns out I hadn't used it for a while and when I started again and got a bill the charge was for more, their response was that as the previous bill had not reached there trigger amount for payment it had lapsed, and when I stared using again they added the two bills together, although this was not explained until I asked for the reason.
I used the same procedure as NiftyDigits said above.

I've read that that can happen with 1899 / 18185 / 18866 (bearing in mind collecting the money by Direct Debit will have a cost, and they are a very low cost operation).
I'm sure I've also read about problems where a Direct Debit to them has lapsed because it hasn't been used for a long period - basically it's been cancelled by the bank - and then the customer ends of getting (automated) emails about outstanding invoices.
Shame that their automated systems aren't set up to explain it. Perhaps tiptoe_mouse might like to look back at their bills for previous months to see if this is what has happened (i.e. to check that's where the mystery £1.46 came from).0 -
If you're in contact with them, perhaps also ask them what their Access Charge for calls to 084 and 087 numbers is. So far, they haven't published this information.0

It turns out that the bill did include earlier calls - from August 2014! I couldn't see these via the website as it was over 12 months ago.
Thanks also for the advice about lapsed direct debit instructions - I later received an email telling me my bank had "declined payment", and then when I logged in I saw a message telling me that I had cancelled the direct debit (which I hadn't). Good to know there's another explanation.
Cheers,
