Do children under a certain age eat free at all restaurants? My daughter will be 20 months too and we're trying to decide where to eat! If they eat free do they get their own meal or just something off our plate?

children aged under 3 eat free at all the buffet service restaurants at DLP. They get their own plate and can eat what they like.

Only at buffets they are free at table service or counter service meals you have to pay for their meal unless you share your meal with them.

Yes we did 2 weeks ago, was the worse buffet we have ever experienced very poor choice and over priced. I wouldn't bother we were very dissapointed.

  • Thank you for your help. We got the half board plus vouchers and can use and standard or plus listed restaurants to eat at....I understand if we choose a premium one we have to add the difference. But to eat at the plus or standard restaurants, will we be covered money wise? Or is it likely we will still have to add something to it? Xx

everything is covered (apart from alcohol) if using your half board plus vouchers at a plus or standard rated restaurant. However, you will be losing money if you use your vouchers at a standard restaurant, unless you use them at face value.

Yeah we're planning on sticking with plus restaurants. Do you know if there's much difference we would have to pay approx to use them at the premium ones? X

as the adult prices for premium restaurants are usually around the 50 euro plus mark, you'd be paying around 20 euros on top of the value of your half board plus vouchers to eat in the premium ones.
