    Hi!!

After reading the past few pages of this thread you have all inspired me to save as much money as possible on our upcoming trip to DLP!

We want to go 13th August - 17th August by eurostar...can anyone help me with the best way to get the best price??

    Thank you xxx

The best way to get cheapest ticket for Eurostar is to call them and tell them to let you know when fares are release .fare are not release until 3months before ( or may be 4 months please check )the lady will tell you the date when fares are released so you can call as quick as possible as the cheap fares get sold fast.another cheap way is to change the train at Lille which is an easy change and tickets are cheaper for that .i am sure ballet shoes knows a lot more and can help you.

so you're looking for 4 nights hotel, 5 days park tickets, and eurostar fares?

How many are in your group, and what ages?

Have you looked on the official DLP website and got a price for onsite hotel and park tickets yet?

The direct Eurostar fare to DLP from the UK has already been out for sale for August for the last couple of months, so I don't think the cheapest Eurostar fares will be available to you. But as zoooooni says, there is an indirect Eurostar option, via Lille. Those fares are released around 12 weeks in advance of travel.

August is a busy month at DLP, lots of European children all on school holidays, so you will have to plan your days to make the most of your trip - but on this thread we can help with that too :).

I can second that, I managed to make the most of a day with the thanks to all the info on this thread.

I think I'm an addict, I've been checking prices for April and looked at the offers. I've found 2 nights / 3 day's at the Sequoia for £579. It does seam a lot as excludes transport. I was wondering how much to the annualm passes come in at and are the worth it for a couple of trips a year?

    Thanks.

Thank you for your replies :)

There are 2 adults and our son who will be 7 when we go. I have had a quote of £1058 for Cheyenne inc tickets for park but when I look at kyriad it was £458 ish for accommodation, Eurostar comes out at £299 so then just park tickets?? Has anyone stayed in a hotel and bought tickets seperate? Also if I do this can I add Disney express?

    Thank you x

If you are happy to stay nearby in a nice hotel with free shuttles to the parks, then annual passes are definitely the way to go. 2 fantasy annual passes cost around 215 pounds total and offsite hotels can be had cheaply, even the dlp partner hotels can be less than 60 pounds per room per night.

If you want 4 days park access or more look at annual passes instead.check dlrp magic for their info on annual passes then check cemultiavantages or promoparcs for discounted price annual passes. there is no problem using these for park entry and you get discounts on food and souvenirs at dlp with them. yes you can add disney express separately but if you are going for 5 days there really is no need to. you can use it on your last day by paying your hotel 11 euros total ie not per person.

Eurostar should be less than that on those dates even with Eurostar direct. On Eurostar I think they are 241 but there aren't many seats left at that price. I have never booked hotel and tickets seperately but this is fine to do. The Kyriad run a shuttle to the park. :)
    Happy :)

Really? Which sites do I look at for those? It's worth a look I think.

    And what is disney express?

It maybe worth looking at the offsite hotel's or an onsite one via another site as I did this time. You have got me thinking now... :-)

If you are arriving on the Eurostar, with the Disney Express you have your luggage taken to and from the hotel to the station. So in effect, when you arrive you can go straight to the park and your luggage will be waiting at the hotel for you and on your return, you just check out and go to the park and instead of having to go to the hotel to collect your luggage later, it will be at the train station for you for your departure.

It is definately worth doing that :)

for onsite and offsite room only you can see prices on Expedia, For offsite I like travelrepublic, alpharooms, trivago, hotels.com and ebookers.

The 4 partner hotels with free regular shuttle buses to the parks are the Explorers, Magic Circus, Kyriad and Dream Castle hotels. Then you have hotels in val d'europe and bussy st george which are 1 and 2 stops on the very regular RER trains from the gates of DLP. You honestly have loads of choice if you have annual passes :).
