Hoping someone might be able to help me.

Is it possible to book on the DLP French site if I live in England?

Just trying to do it and got all the way to address and then it won't let me remove FRANCE from the country box.

I spoke to someone on online chat at the French site yesterday and they said it was OK to do - it would just be under the French terms and conditions.

Now I can't find the online chat to ask them how to proceed past the country box!!

Is there a way round it??

    Thanks

you can do this no problem, as all confirmation comes to you by email, nothing comes through the post. Just complete the booking as usual, with all your own details, but leave the country at France, don't change it to the UK.

Depending on which offer is being done by DLP at the time, other countries offers can beat the UK version, and theres nothing wrong with using another country's offer at all :).

Also , regarding the annual pass. Are they dated from when you buy them, or does the year start when you enter the park?

    Thanks again.

when you buy them through promoparcs or cemultiavantages, you have 6 months to make them into permanent annual passes at DLP. So you get a temporary ticket first of all. Once you have made this ticket permanent at the AP office at DLP on the first day of your visit, thats the first day of the validity of the annual pass, so you have one year from that date (the first permanent date) to use your annual passes as many times as you like, outside of any blackout dates :).

So I did this and it rejected my card because it wasn't registered in France! I will have to ring them in the morning. Thanks for your help though. :)

phone your bank first - as this is a transaction to a foreign company, your bank may be blocking it (this is fairly common). Phone your bank in the morning, tell them which website and how much the transaction is, and it should work.
  • Hi

I was wondering if anyone could help me with a question please.

We are going to DLP in feb half term, package all booked and staying at Cheyenne. The package is for 5 days 4 nights: on day one, can we go straight into the park at 10am or do we have to check in at the hotel first to get the park tickets?

    Thanks for your help.

You have to collect your park tickets from the hotel (where you leave your bags). Unless you have booked the Disney Express on the Eurostar.
    Hope this helps.
    Happy :)

    Happy :)
  • Thank you for the info rocking69. We are stopping at The Explorers the night before so will go from there to Cheyenne and get tickets. :)

you can go to the Cheyenne from the Explorers before 8am if you like, check in, pick up your park passes, and go to the main park for Extra Magic Hours on your first onsite day :). Thats what we usually do if we've booked in nearby the night before an onsite hotel stay.
  • Hi Guys, one more question before I actually make a booking!!
I am taking a nearly 2 year old, and wondering how much there will be for her to do. We ate going for 3 nights/4 days, and was going to get annual passes. Will 4 days be too much for a toddler? Would I save much by buying say 2 day tickets? Thinking about visiting the sea life aquarium as well of its easy to get to and worth going!!
