are these valid for any dates? There doesn't seem to be much information on what you can use them for?
    thanks

they are one-day, 2-park tickets, thats about all I know from looking at the link I'm afraid. I guess you'd need to email the company and ask for the specifics before booking the family ticket especially (as it doesn't say how many a "family" is, ages etc), the single ticket looks fairly simple to me.
  • thanks, if you can use them on any date then they look like a great deal

its weird, looking at the advertisement at the side of the ticketnet sale for DLP, it says the sale dates are only up to 20th October, but its the 21st now and the tickets appear to be still for sale. Also, that ad shows the family ticket is for 3 tickets, so works out at 38 euros per ticket that way.
  • Going to DLP in May with wife, two daughters (age 4 and 1) and my parents (age 70 & 72!). Which would be better do you think, the Cheyenne or the Santa Fe? Or should be push the boat out for the Sequoia Lodge? Trying to keep costs as low as possible but not if it ruins our trip!

    Thanks.

I prefer the Santa Fe to the Cheyenne (its a purely personal choice, I prefer the double beds at the Santa Fe to the double bedstead and bunks at the Cheyenne). Also the Santa Fe has recently been refurbed, the Cheyenne hasn't.

But - I am hoping for a good sale to come up so I can stay at the Sequoia Lodge for our next stay, because it looks wonderful now its been refurbed :).

Thanks balletshoes as ever for your excellent information :-)

Do you think the decor of any of these hotels would appeal more than another to a 4-year-old girl?

it depends what she likes really. The Santa Fe is bright, colourful, has a Cars movie theme in the public areas and the rooms (ie bedspreads, pictures on the walls etc).

The Cheyenne is built to resemble a wild west town, the outer theming is superb (probably the best in the whole resort). The inside is Cowboy-themed, so leather, wood, navaho blanket patterns, Cowboy boot lamps in the rooms etc.

The Sequoia Lodge is set in tall trees, its got a cabin resort feel to it. The main reception is stone and wood, has a real log fire, and the rooms now have a Bambi-themed makeover.
Its a better-starred hotel because it has a swimming pool, you can pay for a hot option at breakfast, you are seated in the restaurants by a waiter there (at the Santa Fe and Cheyenne its canteen/buffet style and you find your own table). It is slightly (ie no more than 5 minutes) closer to the parks if you are walking.

Hi, I have a feeling that with an annual pass, or with the shareholders club, there might be a discount off the hotel prices. Does anybody know if this is correct? I don't seem to have any documentation for either and am wanting to see how much the prices would be as it might still work out cheaper to go to the explorers etc.
If there is a discount does anyone know how much? (and is it off the sale prices advertised or the full price?) and if both give a discount which would be the best?
    sorry for all the questions:embarasse
    thanks
