Disneyland Paris/EuroDisney - Questions & Answers

Hi, hoping someone will be able to answer a couple of questions for me... We are off to DLP in a week and have got the free sky tickets. Does anyone know whether you can use them to get into the walt disney studios too or is it just the main park?
Also does anyone know how much it costs to park the car at disney? We are driving and staying off site so am trying to decide whether it is cheaper to drive to the park and pay to park or whether it is cheaper/easier to get the train.
yes, your sky tickets are exchanged for park hopper tickets at the ticket booths at DLP, so you can go back and forward between the main park and the Studios park all day.
the main DLP car park costs 15 euros per day to park, but there is also a multi-story car park at the Disney Village (called the Da Vinci car park) where you can also park, and its 8 euros per day (its a slightly closer walk to that car park too, from the parks).0 -

Evening all,
Possibily a daft question, but as I haven't been to DLP for probably 10 years, I'd appreciate the experiences of people who've been more recently (and I already know how brill you people are on here.)
Bag wise - we're taking a buggy as DD is 2 1/2, and we'll need a change bag for her too. Also need to take drink and snacks for her, and somewhere for camera and money. We've bought a combination lock for the buggy for when we leave it outside while queueing, but I'd rather not leave bags there too.
When you get to the actual ride itself, can you leave bags there and pick it up once the ride has finished?? I know in Oakwood when riding there we could dump bags on the platform, and grab them on the way back out.
From what I remember, I know this WOULDN'T be possible on Phantom Manor as you get off somewhere different to where you get on, so am I right that this is probably the same for most rides?
Any advice, experiences, ideas, would be very welcome.
Many thanks in advance.

It's a very easy drive.
I would keep it simple, use the tunnel, then there may be one or two roundabouts, then it's all double lane, quiet motorway, (toll, but not dear), and a few hours later you're there). I've done it a lot of times.
If you drive, do it yourself, and put him to shame.0 -

Generally, none of the rides would drop you where you left the bags. Keep your valuables with you, the rest is safe enough left. Disney security is very good, very discrete, until they are needed, and I have seen them in operation once, and they're very fast, and also very violent and massively ott.0 -

No, you can't leave bags anywhere at the ride areas at DLP, because you don't usually come off the ride where you got on it (separate entrances and exits on most rides at DLP). You can take your bags, even rucksacks etc, with you on the rides. The only exception to this really is the Parachute Drop, there are themed boxes for bags in the ride area for this one.0 -
We are looking to go to DLP again in March, went 3 years ago and loved it. We stayed in Santa Fe but this time want to stay in Sequioa Lodge. The last time we had the free half board offer and wondered if they do this every year or were we just lucky with the offers that year.
Thanks

the free meals deal has come out a couple of times since 2009, most recently for just 2 hotels at a time, for summer dates this year. These were kind of flash sale deals on the official DLP site (ie they were only bookable for a short time, a week or so).
If you book direct with DLP, you could, if you wanted, book under the current 2 nights free deal when you pay for 2 nights (so 50% off) and then if the all your meals free deal comes up again in future, you could upgrade to that deal (because that will end up costing you more money over a 50% off deal).0 -
Yes I believe thats what we done the last time. Booked in August and then when the offer came out in September contacted them and upgraded. Just wondered if its worth waiting or go ahead and book soon.
Thanks for your help.
