yes, £500 spending money will be enough.
I like 3 nights and 4 days, its my preferred time at DLP if we're staying onsite. It gives you plenty of time to see and do what you like in both parks, have time for some nice meals, and do your favourites over again.

:j 5 sleeps to go!!!! :j
Reserved my meals at the various restaurants, so that's out of the way now. Just wondering if anyone knows how much it is to rent a kettle?
minnie, have you looked on the dlrp magic site at the restaurant reviews and menus? Rainforest sounds nice for the atmosphere, and the menu looks nice but I couldn't see anything suitable for ds, meaning a small mini sized meal. Not paying 18 euros for a burger for him when he'll eat about 5 mouthfuls lol. There's a storm coming, Mr Johnson. You and your friends better batten down the hatches, because when it hits, you're all gonna wonder how you ever thought you could live so large and leave so little for the rest of us.0 -

Thanks for your reply - I tried a few diff dates in the eurostar site and they vary incredibly - cheapest I found was for a May date which was just under £300. I will have to look into flights as after driving to the eurostar it may prove a similar price of not cheaper. If I do fly do people recommend booking a transfer in advance or can you just hop in a taxi/coach etc... at the airport to disney? I might a couple of estate agents also see what they come up with.
Have you tried phoning to get indirect Eurostar trains as they are often cheaper. Not sure if that's what you have looked at anyway.0 -

i think its 30 euros to hire a kettle (its a refundable deposit).
i'm positive rainforest cafe does kids meal deals, we went when my DD was 6 and she definitely had a kids meal.0 -
My little boy doesn't eat normal meals anyway we normally have to get him a dessert to eat while we are eating our mains when eating out. So do I need to book the rainforest cafe in advance or just turn up? We want to go in June (not half term week) will it still be very busy?0

Thought it might have been a refundable deposit... arghh. Oh well, just bought a tesco value one for £6 which should do me.
I might check out the rainforest cafe then while I'm there. I'm sure myself and ds would love it in there (well, more me lol). thanks. There's a storm coming, Mr Johnson. at the disneyland hotel you can ask for a kettle to be brought to your room, free of charge.
no fireworks on your dates - you are there a couple of days before the new 20th anniversary year begins unfortunately.
however, you may see the new daily parade in the main park as its rumoured to be starting on 26th March.
