Spoon; good thinking - thank your ds for me :) ]

Anyone know when the program for next week will be up on the disneyland website? Currently showing program that ends this Friday, so will it be up on Saturday?

PS so far it looks like the motor stunt show will be open next week which Im sooooo happy about - it showed as being closed a few weeks ago, didnt get to see this last time round and relly want to watch it - heres hoping it really is open :)

I'll give ds a pat on the head from you. ;) Don't forget an alarm if you don't have one on your mobile.

How do you know the stunt show could be open next week? I think ds would love that and I was really disappointed that it was going to be closed. Would be great news if it was open.
There's a storm coming, Mr Johnson. You and your friends better batten down the hatches, because when it hits, you're all gonna wonder how you ever thought you could live so large and leave so little for the rest of us.

I think the motor stunt show is on because it doesnt list it as closed on the disneyland website. If you go to here
    http://news.disneylandparis.co.uk/calendar/index.xhtml?#
and click on the 'more' link on the days you are going it says whats closed. I checked my dates (15th-18th) and it didnt say it was closed. I know your dates are very close so hopefully it wont be closed for either of us :)

Alarm - good suggestion, but I already have this one covered. Apparently there is a free wake-up call service in the mornings with none other than Mickey's voice :j Heard about it either on here or disboards.com. You have to request it at check-in apparently, so this is what Im planning to do :D Didnt have a clue about this last time round so really excited about this.

The disneyland link above is also how you get to the program details. After you click on 'more' there is a option to 'see' the parade / meet & greet times etc at the bottom of that page.

you don't organise the Mickey wake-up call at reception :) - on the phone in each room onsite there is a little button which looks like an alarm clock. You press this button and follow the instructions to set your own alarm time, and its Mickey (or Goofy, its a surprise) who wakes you up in the morning.

Can anyone advise us of a good hotel within walking distance from the parks,we are a family of 5(one room) and we will not be driving and the only Disney hotel option is the Disneyland hotel which is way too expensive.

Thanks! Looks very promising then! Don't suppose you know of a list of restaurants that will be closed or is that not published?

That wake up call is a great idea, might set my phone to go off ten mins before so I know ds is just waking up and get him to answer it. Then the next day I'll answer it, just so I know what they say lol.

I went to the Disney site yesterday and watched a promo video, one where you have a girl, then a boy and one of them says 'thousands of colours', it shows the parade and a group of pirates. I got a bit emotional lol! They've taken it off now though for a different one. :(

    Hi everyone, please help me!

Have booked a package holiday to DLP with First Choice, flying with Flybe. Does anyone know what the luggage allowance is? economy flight. Looked everywhere on the net, and nowhere is helping. Flybe's website state that luggage must be booked in advance, but obviously i have booked it through a travel agent, so don't know where i stand. Had enough stress when i picked up tickets, as its literally a piece of paper with my booking ref on, but apparantly this is how its done nowadays!

Anyway, hope someone can help me :( i fly in 2 weeks time for my 30th birthday), Rachel x

Can I ask why the only hotel is the Disneyland hotel? Is it because on the dates you're travelling that's the only Disney one that's available? (Apologies if I'm being dim). All of the Disney hotels except Davey Crockett are within walking distance of DLP I think.

We're going to DLP for the first time in June, also not driving, and after a lot of reading of this thread and general research we've booked to stay in the Adagio Val D'Europe via the accorhotels website - much cheaper than via Disney. Apparently it's just a short walk from the RER station, and then just one stop on the train to DLP.

We've bought annual passes separately from CE-Multiavantages since that worked out best for us.
