I've just read about this on another forum - looks like if you use the £175 off email you're not getting £175 off a discounted rate at DLP, just the full price or near enough. The other person who's seen it reckons she's only getting about £25 off, compared to the price she's had quoted before this email came out (same hotel, same duration, same dates etc):).

Hi, does anyone have a contact email address for Newport Bay Hotel, am going this weekend and wanted to ask for a cheeky upgrade as its a surprise trip for my Husbands 40th but don't fancy a phone call (bound to get someone who deosn't speak good English and my french is useless)

Phone them up, they all speak english, or the person next to them on the desk will.

When i called there was an option to be put through to the English speaking department so you'll be fine

sorry if this is a stupid question but if you stay in one of the disney hotels does that include entry to the park as well? I had a loook on the faqs on the dlp site but couldn't see it? Thnks in adv!

if you book through Disney, yes your price includes park entrance too. If you book through another agent you should check that this is the case with them .

They usually charge for extras Ive read on other forums Disney rarely do complimentary extras for birthdays etc
