We didnt get cups but they may have some if you ask. We reused one from McDonalds and just rinsed it out. Although I saw some people borrowing mugs from the breakfast buffet although I doubt its "allowed"

Yayyyyyyyyyy after dilly dallying for too long now I've finally plucked up the courage and booked the flights so at least I know we're going!!!!! I should have done it weeks ago and saved myself £40ish but hopefully I'll now find a cheap hotel and tickets deal!
Been looking on Alpharooms and lastminute and I think I'm getting a good deal but then realise the tickets aren't included so it's back to square 1.
I'm confused about this annual pass - can you sell it on to a third party at all? If this is possible then surely it's the best option - I won't be going again within 12 months but say I sold the passes to someone for half the price then I'd be getting a good deal.

No, you can't sell on an annual pass- you have your photo taken when you apply for it and its laminated onto the pass.

Quite often a disney employee will take the annual pass off you at the entrance and "assist" you to put it in the gate and help you retrieve it. So even though it is a bad photo, it does get checked.

No you cant as it has your photo on it. But you can get discount on shopping etc with it so depending how long your going for you could recover the cost in 1 trip.

    Hoping someone can help me!

We're off to Paris on the 2nd October and doing either 3/4 days at Disney. We were going to buy tickets on the gate as my eldest DS is autistic and I was hoping to go in as his carer for free. I assumed the consultants letter confirming his condition (dated 2006!) and confirmation of his DLA would be sufficient. I have just seen that they want a medical certificate dated within the last 3 months confirming his condition!

As DS's condition isn't something we are up and down to the Dr's with every other week, we don't have a medical certificate. I'm going to bite the bullet and ask at the Dr's tomorrow but I can see the receptionist rolling her eyes already. Has anyone offered up the DLA confirmation at the gates and been allowed through as a carer?
(I know it sounds a bit cheeky as we have our non autistic children with us too but I am risking having to pay to get in and then spend the rest of the day sat in the carpark if he decides he can't handle it!)

Also a bit worried about carrying our passports round with us if not necessary - do they ask for proof of the disabled persons ID?

Oh boy - I'm getting excited for you! How sad am I!! :o:o:o:o:o

Cat1 - I don't know the answer but have you tried looking on the disney forums I've mentioned further up the page? I'm sure someone will know on one of those.
  • Going to Disneyland Paris in a few weeks. Our son is 3, how strict are they on enforcing the age limit for tickets? Obviously if we can get him in without paying it would be a big saving for us, and we'd probably be able to go for two days instead of one.
