:rotfl:I am dead excited and I haven't booked anything yet:rotfl:
I want to go first week of December so I'm waiting in case they have a flash sale but I think I should book it in case the flights go up in price!

That's the problem with waiting for a sale.

We use eurostar and the prices rise well above any saving made with the park/hotel if the booking is left too late.

I presume air travel is the same.

    Hi

Looking to go back end of November this year with 30% discount :j.

3 days / 2 nights cutting across a weekend. Any experience of how busy Saturday's or Sunday's are, compared to the Monday or Friday.

Probably Fri 19 to Sun 21 or Sat 20 to Mon 22.

Also, if I go Saturday I will need to change the Eurostar at Lille - I assume this is very straight forward? Is there much there during the 1 hour or so wait, or is it just a cafe etc.??

    Cheers

I've never been on a weekend but the disney forums all say it is much busier. I've returned on a Friday and can say it was far busier that day than it was Tuesday - Thursday. That's not much help, sorry.

I've read the change at Lille is fine but I've not done it.

Have you tried googling the station - they may have an English website that tells you what is there?

I've often booked my flights first, then sorted out accommodation for DLP later. I always have a budget for Disney accommodation, and I've never gone over it (and often stayed well under it) even if I've booked the flights first, so I don't have the flexibility for the hotel dates.

For December dates, keep an eye on Expedia - they often do onsite room only for very reasonable rates (they certainly have for the last 3 years), you may find its cheaper doing it that way and then getting annual passes when you arrive, for your park tickets. This will then give you more options for offsite hotels as well, for future trips within a year of getting you annual passes.
  • any tips guys on buying tickets? Also going end sept and have flights/hotel booked but not the park tickets. Not many offers around so looking at £250 ish for 2 adults and 1 child for a 2day ticket. Cheers.

They are on Clubcard at each ticket for £27 (?) in clubcard vouchers; so roughly 50% saving (not the 4 times you get on some other CC deals)

    It's £27.50 and that's for a 1 day hopper ,not a 2 day ticket

at the moment the price on Disney website for a 1 day,1 park ticket is £48 !!

OMG that's gone up loads since last yr I am sure?!!!

I am very tempted to use my deals for our trip in Oct,even though the coversion rate isn't great!
