Lennymfo - hope you don't mind me asking about the cabin, we're staying there in september, is the bunk beds in a separate room? if so is it next to the double room?

My mother's opted to stay on a bunk bed if they are in a separate room lol

Yeah no worries. We stayed in one on the bobcat trail. The bunkbeds where at the opposite end to the main bedroom with the main room in between.

    Fast pass question

We will have to do the baby swap thing so if i get a fast pass from ride 1 OH gets the fast pass from Ride 2 and we use baby swap on both rides does that mean we can do two rides in under 30 mins

    I hope that makes sense
basically can I use a fast pass and baby swap on a ride?

meemo, saw you were taking 3 kids to DLP. You may want to consider one of the hotels that does rooms for 5-6 - most won't allow 3 kids in a room so you end up with 2 rooms. Benotel Explorers (has a good (if cold) swimming pool, does a crew room for 6 (main room 2 double beds, and seperate bunk room with telly). Mind you, the hotels are so busy, that if you are brazen, don't mind taking sleeping bag, and can make one adult check in whilst others are elsewhere, they don't overly care/check if you have a family room for 4 (your kids might be too old for this though space wise). Also, if you are a family of 5 and above you get 20% off an annual pass. At the last count, this meant if you were staying 3 days, it was cheaper to do this (the hardened amongst us get two holidays out of the same pass). Beware of the restrictions on the passes (make sure it is not the days you are there) and also the francilien pass, which is excellent value for money, but has bad restrictions. Final point, if you fly into CdeG, the TGV is not particularly cheap (about 45-60 euro for 2 a 2 c and 2 infants) but it does get you to the park doors in 11 minutes. My kids are crap in taxis/on buses - hence this route, but for at least 4 years we used to do C de G then into town, then back out, at 1.5 hours and much the same price !. Finally, for moneysavers, the auchan in V d E is cheap (ish) and only 5 mins from the station (which itself is 2 mins from the park, next stop down), stock up on what you can carry because they are not bothered about you taking food/drink into the park. HtH sal xx

    Sar,

if you are flying into C de G, and are being quoted 100 euro, you should investigate going on the TGV. These leave from the airport regularly and take 11 minutes. Cost depends on timing, but we normally pay just under 50e for 2 adults, 2 kids. It is definitely the quickest way if the timetable suits. sal x

Anyone any thoughts on what day of the week tends to be the quietest? - I assume weekends are the busiest???

We will be in France 1st two weeks of July, so are flexible on what day of the week we visit.
    Thanks in advance.............

I went in July 2009 (1st week of July) and every day was BUSY, if i had to pick a quieter day i would say that monday or tuesday was properly the quietest and friday, saturday, sunday the busiest.

Hi! I am planning to go to Disney in middle September and was booking Hotel Sata Fe for 4 nights. The Room rate states 'All Stay Parks Tcikets' included. What does this mean? Does it mean that I can visit any of the two parks for all four days?

I was booking through Eurostar Planet website and even after selecting room with 'all stay park tickets' it still asked me at the end option of booking hopper tickets!

i am a bit confused. Can some one please help me with this terminology?

If your room description says "all stay park tickets included" - then thats what you get when you check in at your hotel - a park hopper ticket each, which is valid for each day of your stay, including your arrival and departure days.

Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy! we've booked tickets to go when we are over in france. 5 adults, a 4year old and a 7month old.
we can go any day from 1st-13th august - Im assuming all will be really busy but thats when we're there so any ideas on the better day/week or anything?
    we are driving and parking.

as we only have 1 day (and are fully prepared to be there ALL day) what should we aim to do? what should we avoid?
any hints and tips for having a fantastic day that caters for a 4 year old, 7 month old, 3 in mid-late 20's and 2 in their 50's?
with the baby can he go on rides without height restrictions or can they not be on laps etc?

oooooooooooooooh we're all so excited, we went to the USA one 15 years ago but never been to this one and cant wait! highlight of our holiday. wish we werent doing it in a day but we are so just want to work out the best day!

thnks guys! this is a great thread.
