    Hi everyone

Just looking at booking dlp for 4 nights 3/8/09 and have found a few good deals, however a bit unsure if to chance going in the aug hols due to length of queues. Anyone been in aug before? We went a couple of years ago out of the school hols and the queues were huge then!!! Is it worth considering somewhere else, ie beach type holiday, or is it not that bad?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

It will be busy in the school holidays with longer que times but still bearable and still enjoyable as the park is open longer so it doesnt make much difference waiting that extra 20 mins for a ride
Wins so far this year: Mum to be bath set, follow me Domino Dog, Vital baby feeding set, Spiderman goody bag, free pack of Kiplings cakes, £15 love to shop voucher, HTC Desire, Olive oil cooking spray, Original Source Strawberry Shower Gel, Garnier skin care hamper, Marc Jacobs fragrance.

we went in aug last yr,and it really wasn't that bad
and no where near as bad as our dec trip! for queues / crowds OR wait times

yes there are crowds, queues BUT the longer opening hours, nicer weather ,fireworks etc makes up for that

you could always head to the parks early for EMH ,spend a few hours there
then go back to hotel / the village mid afternoon while its really busy

freshen up / have a nap etc !

then go back to the parks early evening ish :)

with planning and use of EMH and fastpass it doesn't have to be that bad :)
  • Hi,

My wife and I have booked up for 4 nights 5 days from May 17th staying in the Santa Fe. Our daughter is just turning 3 and is super excited already.

This is the first time we have visited DLP and were looking for a little advice from more experienced visitors. We are flying into CDG on the Sunday night and back home on the Thursday night but we have not yet booked transfers, what is the cheapest/best way for us to get to Eurodisney please?

Also we have booked half board but should we be booking all our meals before we go? Will 4 days be too long for us to spend in the parks, thought to spread it out over more days would prevent the little one getting too tired?

Any help would be greatfully appreciated,

    Thanks,

    Paul

    Hello

As far as im aware the Disney Shuttle services stop at 1945, therfore you would have to get a taxi from the airport or use the train services to Marne le Valle

4 days is a good length of time for Disney, I have been twice and only did 2night/3days and found I would of prefered longer

    Thanks

  • Thanks for the info, thats a relief we were worrying that it might be too long.

Our flight gets in just after 6 so may try to catch the last shuttle, do you have to pre-book these or is it a walk on service? Apologies for being clueless, just trying to get everything right to make the most of the trip.

    Thanks Again,

    Paul
