Disneyland Paris/EuroDisney - Questions & Answers

Hi all,
Me and my girlfriend are looking to book up to go from May 1st to the 4th, with at most 3 of the 4 days in Disney. We want to travel Eurostar (she has a fear of flying!). Booking through Expedia for the Hotel val d'Europe (which looks nice) would be £350 each (including Disney park tickets bought seperately). Can you recommend anywhere else we should check?
Also, might it be better to wait until the last minute to book?
Cheers0 -

Eurostar is usually cheapest booking direct

Hi All,
Is it possible to meet the princesses anywhere other than at Auberge de Cendrillon? Do they make an appearance at any of the other character meet and greets, or any other restaurants. :EasterBun
My youngest daughter is princess mad and would love this, but menu at Auberge de Cendrillon, is not great for our family of very fussy eaters (I'm talking about the adults as much as the kids). Is it possible to have a different menu when there?0 -

yes i would say beween 12 and 12.30 the princesses will be around fantasy land around the sword in the stone area. Peter pan and wendy can also appear there. When we went in march we saw Cinderellas ugly step sisters and step mother, the sisters were singing "sing sweet nightingale" and putting on a really funny act which was great to see.this was just outside auberge de cendrillion (which we also did for lunch and all the princesses & princes and the two mice come round and visit your table for autographs and pictures and a chat. Cinderellla greets you at the door. It is a set menu tho , i found the lamb to be best and it is so relaxed and not rushed in there its definately worth the cost for princess fans. And the desserts are stunning0

You can queue up to meet a princess and have your photo taken, its from 10-12.30 daily at the stage in front of the castle. Last week it was about 45 min wait, but be warned the princesses change every half an hour so you may not get the one you think you are getting!
Also sleeping beauty does a show 3 times in the morning behind the castle, it lasts about 10 mins then she signs autographs for about 15 mins, bit of a scrum though. Other than that we didn't see them walking about anywhere.
We did the princess lunch and you get cinderella in the lobby and you can go out and see her as much as you want and get photos etc, and then there were 2 others who came round, plus 2 mice who come round a lot more.0 -
