I've never taken the TGV on that route. However £70 return for an adult is excessive. IT is showing on teh SNCF website that a single each way for a refundable and changeable adult full price ticket is €14.90 so €29.80 return which is around £11 each way.

Is it easy to get to the station (T2?) from T1?

It is easy to get from terminal 1 to terminal 2.

When at terminal 1 follow the signs for CDGVAL (I think it's called.) They are in blue on the overhead signs. These lead you to lift 36. Go down one floor, follow the signs, up a small escalator and you are at the tram station for the CDGVAL. This will take you straight to terminal 2 in a very short space of time (5 minutesish.)

I presume you mean the train station Bean Counter as the tram system doesn't go to CDG.

I have never had to go from Terminal 1 to 2 or in reverse but Terminal 2 has 5 operational satellites. Find out which one you are arriving/departing from and allow yourself at least 5 minutes between each adjacent one if walking between them.

Download a map and plan from here :

I was on it last week, and when I asked for directions, the staff at the airport referred to it as a tram, hence I did the same here.

I accept it looks like a train, though.

I've had a quote for £1,105 for two adults, three children for 5 days.

Seems quite expensive to me! Any other sites to try? Have done three so far.

    Hi there,
I'm looking to book a break for the family to Disneyland Paris in November.
As we live in Glasgow, we need to fly. (I presume flying is the easiest option from Scotland.)

Ryanair are doing cheap flights to Paris (Beauvais) Airport from Glasgow Prestwick.

Can anyone tell me how close this is to DLP? I have a 8 month baby so don't want a long transfer time......

    Thanks all

beauvais is in the middle of nowhere. I think there were threads somewhere here before about the best way was to use the bus to get in to paris (takes over an hour, more if the rush hour) and then metro...then train....

have you checked out easyjet? they fly to paris charles de gaule from edinburgh now.
