planning on going march 2009 - can any one help. a friend and i (both 26) have decided to go for 4 nights next march, the flights we are looking at at the moment are air france (b'ham to paris) they will get us in to paris for 9.10am and we depart on the departure date at 6.45pm, so we will get nearly 5 full days, we are intending to go into central paris sight seeing one day and evening, the lowst price we are getting so far (excluding park tickets) is £675.12 for the two of us for the kyriad (expedia) does this sound a good deal??
we have also found on disney site they are doing 4 days for the price of 3 for the park tickets when we are planning on going, is this a good idea, as we are planning on going into paris for at least one of the days??
i have heard mixed reveiws about the kyriad, basically we dont intend to spend much time there, and want something not to expensive, do guests their qualify for the extra magic hours at the parks or not? also whats peoples veiws of it
is there enough at the parks to keep us entertained for 3 or 4 days, or are we better to just get a 2 day hopper ticket?MFW#105 - 2015 Overpaid £8095 / 2016 Overpaid £6983.24 / 2017 Overpaid £3583.12 / 2018 Overpaid £2583.12 / 2019 Overpaid £2583.12 / 2020 Overpaid £2583.12/ 2021 overpaid £1506.82 /2022 Overpaid £2975.28 / 2023 Overpaid £2677.30 / 2024 Overpaid £2173.61 Total OP since mortgage started in 2015 = £37,286.86 2025 MFW target £1700, payments to date at April 2025 - £1712.07..0 -
no guests at kyriad dont qualify for extra magic hours, its only disney hotels and 1 of their partner hotels - val d europe that do qualify.
we found 2 day not long enough but weve got a lil girl, so 3-4 would be fine for us as we spent lots of time meet and greets etc.Wins so far this year: Mum to be bath set, follow me Domino Dog, Vital baby feeding set, Spiderman goody bag, free pack of Kiplings cakes, £15 love to shop voucher, HTC Desire, Olive oil cooking spray, Original Source Strawberry Shower Gel, Garnier skin care hamper, Marc Jacobs fragrance.0 -

thankyou, actually val d europe is one we are also looking at and noticed on the disney site about the extra magic hours, and they are the cheapest deal so far for that hotel, do you know if the extra magic hours are only if you book via disney or a disney agent, or would we still get it if we booked through expedia or directly with the hotel? (as so far we have found for when we are looking at going the cheapest deal so far is to book the hotel and flights via expedia and the park tickets from disney (they are having a 4 day pass for the price of 3 for when we are considering going)MFW#105 - 2015 Overpaid £8095 / 2016 Overpaid £6983.24 / 2017 Overpaid £3583.12 / 2018 Overpaid £2583.12 / 2019 Overpaid £2583.12 / 2020 Overpaid £2583.12/ 2021 overpaid £1506.82 /2022 Overpaid £2975.28 / 2023 Overpaid £2677.30 / 2024 Overpaid £2173.61 Total OP since mortgage started in 2015 = £37,286.86 2025 MFW target £1700, payments to date at April 2025 - £1712.07..0 -
It doesn't matter who you book through the EMH are dependant on which resort you stay in as listed here http://www.dlrpmagic.com/guides/practical/extramagichours/
From memory I think you are probably cheaper buying your tickets via Disney or another ticket agency (check Quidco if you are a member) rather than Expedia.0 -

£92 for 4 days for the price of 3 and you can go via Quidco and Expedia via Quidco too
Sorry just noticed you give your dates as March 2009 when the price is £104 but I'm not sure what price they are via Disney.0 -
For all the October visitors, the website is looking very festive
