Hi, we're going on Monday the 29th of August until Friday the 2nd. Does anyone have an idea on how busy we should expect it to be?
    Thank you

very - French schools don't go back until (officially) 1st September. Plan your days well, take long breaks in the afternoons, and then come back into the parks for the last few hours of the park day (main park will be open until after 11pm every night when you are there).

Is it advisable to make restaurant bookings in advance of trip even for the buffet restaurents at hotels? Eg Davy Crockett one. Going may half term and booking had the free meal plan or we wouldn't have had it. did all self catering last time and never set foot in a restaurant.

I have always made dinner reservations since the first time I went and couldn't eat until 10 at night!
I call and reserve a table for the arrival day before we go and the rest when we get there but even then there are times we haven't been able to get the times / restaurants we wanted so if there is somewhere specific then definitely book. Especially Caf! Mickey as it gets very busy due to the characters being there
I find this board makes me spend more than I save!:rotfl:

Plenty planning then:-/ am hoping if we expected it to be horrendously busy and it's not as busy as expected then it'll not seem to bad 😂
  • Hi

Not long til were off :-)

Does anyone know if you use the Eurostar what happens to your suitcases when getting on the train? Do you keep them with you or do they get collected by this Disney express service? On the return journey are they taken from the hotel straight to the station? Do you collect their or back in Blighty?

    Cheers.

    Hi
We are going to Disneyland on 31/8 and Disneyland Park closes at 9.30pm. Will there still be the fireworks at the end?

    Thanks

BalletShoes replied to an earlier post that the park was open later than suggested in your post. Perhaps a quick check on the DisneylandParis website will provide the answer?

Looking at the web site, last day that the Disneyland park is open until 23:00 is Sunday 28th August.

Don't think that is correct - web site shows that the last day of opening until 23:00 is Sunday 28th August.

yes, the website will be correct, it will be earlier closing times if the website says so, sorry about that.

It will still be busy though :). And Dreams fireworks/music/lazer/water show will start at the official park closing time, every evening.
