  • Im hoping balletshoes maybe able to help me with this one. I booked a deal at the end of November for 3 nights / 2 days at the New York hotel in Feb which included the FREE HALF BOARD offer that they were doing just before Xmas.

I seem to remember the offer saying i could use some table service restaurants including Cafe Mickey etc as well as buffet restaurants. Ive tried to do some research tonight so i can make some restaurant reservations and I can see that there are Standard, Plus and Premium option. The standard doesn't look as though it includes table service restaurants and I'm now worried this is what I've got - I've checked my booking confirmation and it just says half board meal voucher per person per night. Can you remember if this offer included 'Plus' half board?

    Thanks in advance!

It didn't. You can pay the difference at table service restaurants though.

because you are staying at the Hotel New York your free half board vouchers are the plus ones automatically (it would be the same if you were staying at the Sequoia Lodge or Newport Bay Club hotels too). If you've booked 2 nights at the Hotel New York you will receive 2 half board dining vouchers per person on your booking aged 3 or over (it goes by the number of nights you have booked, not the number of days park access included).
  • I have a couple more questions please.

We've now decided to include my mum, my nan and my brothers family of 4 to come along with us. That way my two eldest can share a cabin at Davy Crockett with mum and nan and the five of us in another cabin and my brothers family in a third.

I've just rang Disney to get a quotes for all 3 partys and was given two numbers for independent travel companies as we are a large party.

I wanted to book with Disney direct as we are all paying separately and travelling separately. We all want premium + cabins so I'm assuming they will be close to each other anyway if we booked separately.

I'm not sure whether to use one of these other companies or to ring back Disney and book our cabin and the other two party's do the same. I take it the only advantage of booking as a group would be cabins next to each other?
  • I've rang Great days which is the company that Disney gave me the number for. They don't offer the kids under 7 or 2 nights free deals but offer a group discount.
The quote was £1000 more between us! So looks like phoning Disney back and all booking separately and hoping we are close to each other if we all book premium plus lodges. Is the coyote trail the closest to the main building with premium + lodges?

Hi all. I've gone back as far as I can manage in this thread so apologies if i'm doing something wrong.

Basically my hubby is getting a bonus in march so we're looking to take the kids to euro Disney but I have no idea what a good price is or how to get a good deal. going in April holidays for 4 nights. the Disney website wants 1200 minimum for hotel & park tickets, magic moments (firsts choice) wants 1368 for hotel & tunnel travel. the cheapest I have found is through a chat advisor on dlparisdirect.co.uk for 977 for hotel, tickets and tunnel travel, which is cheaper but not sure if they're trustworthy as not through Disney.

does anyone have an idea of a good price for 2 adults & 2 kids age 6 & 4, or have any dealings with this website? thanks

Which hotels are you being quoted for? Is it the same each time? Are you going in school holidays?

Balletshoes - a quick technical question if I may. Have booked, as you advised, for just me and DD at the Santa Fe, just in case something comes up and DH can't make it. I intend, if he can, to add him onto the room on arrival (can I do that at the station?) and then buy an annual pass for myself, but obviously the park tickets from Disney will have my name on them. I don't recall needing to show them to anybody last time around but just wanted to check really.
