Offsite with Expedia you're £700 but need to add park tickets (which will be at around £130 each for your dates, might be even more) and the half board value of the onsite deal is around £90 per night (so £270 for that).
So, offsite you're looking at £700 plus £270 plus £500 (park tickets) = £1470
For you, the onsite deal is much better at those prices. Are any of the other onsite deals cheaper for your dates?
thanks Balletshoes, for some reason Newport Bay is coming up as one of the cheapest hotels - do you have any idea what the new DLP deals will be following tomorrow?0 -
Hi, I have flights booked for disney for February next year, a couple of weeks ago I went on the Disney site and the price for accommodation at Hotel New York was £770, they have launched the winter dates today and I went in and checked again and it has gone up to £990! Does anyone know if the prices in other years has kept going up or is it likely they will launch another offer between now and then. Thanks0

It may be that the newport bay still has the highest percentage discount for your dates ~ its a good price for that time of year (french school holidays).
the offers will change every couple of months but if your current price is showing 30% off and free half board it wont be beat by subsequent offers for that time of year.0 -

Yes there will definitely be more offers for feb 2015 ~ just keep looking until you find a price that suits you.
eta ~ a decent offer in feb is 40% off plus kids under 12 free.0 -
Hi.
Thanks to all the advise we received from this forum we had a great time in DLP last Oct. Got the year passes, so to make the most of them we are off their again this May/June. This time we are driving (flew last time) and staying at Adagio Marne la Vall!e Val D'Europe in Serris. Got a great deal (in my opinion) and the reviews seem fine. Some bad, some great etc! One thing i have noticed is that they want to charge me 12 euro per night to park in the hotel car park. As we are going for 10 days the thought of paying over £100 for parking is not nice. Does anyone know of any other parking around that area. Can I park on the street etc? I have noticed that there is a big shopping centre. Can i park on there?
Also any advice as to other places of interest to visit in the area would be greatly accepted. We plan to go into Paris perhaps a couple of times, so any tips of best way to do that and keep costs down would be great too.
Thanks in advance everyone!0 -
Ooh am gonna keep an eye on this as was wondering the same re parking! We are staying in august, and stayed there 2 years ago in July. It was quite basic but considering we only slept there it was fine, and plus the supermarket is walking distance so we could make lunches to take with us0

Did you pay to park 2 years ago? Looking on google maps there seems to be street parking, but whether that is paid parking too isn't clear. Doesn't appear to be any parking meters, but could be time restrictions?0 -

No Hun, first year driving as we flew last time. Getting the annual passes this time so hoping can do it a few more times before run out. Was trying to think what the roads were like, am sure cars were parked on the roads. Also I know it's free parking at Disney with the passes? Was contemplating leaving it there and using the free shuttle back but wondered if was allowed to leave your car there overnight and obviously at own risk then etc. we go for 4 nights so am also loathed to pay £50 for car parking!0 -

In the main car park I believe the only overnight parking allowed is coaches and motorhomes (in their respective proper areas too). I wouldn't chance it - I have seen a tow truck in operation a few times. There is parking in the train station at DLP and the multi-storey near Disney Village - don't think it would be any cheaper in either place though and Disney Village multi-storey is definitely pay by the hour, so probably not suitable for long stays."Life moves pretty fast, if you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it": Ferris Bueller

Hi. i knew we could get free parking at Disney with a year pass. Is that at all Disney car parks, or just the main one. i.e. will i have to pay at the Disney village one? As for the hotel parking. Loads of cars parked on the roads round the hotel looking on Google maps street view. But pics on that are old, from 2010. And i cannot see if there are any restrictions. As you say littlemisspink, the thought of spending all that money on parking is upsetting as that could be spent on some treats in Disney!0
