You are right. Have just looked again and I can see them (not sure what I was looking at before!) I will have another look now, thank you.
also, your other question about booking your DLP hotel with a deposit only -
you can call DLP and do it over the phone with a deposit
you can try Clippers Quay travel, disneylandparisdirect, Thomson (but that might be instore rather than online) Walt Disney Travel Company, and I've used Expedia, ebookers, and Co-op travel (instore) for booking DLP trips before.0 -

i dont know which website would be the best to look at for train times etc. we would most probably just be visiting the eiffel tower.
thanks
Are we basing this on the assumption you are at DLRP? If on the park then there is a train station that will take you into Paris and from there the Metro will get you to the ET. I really have no idea what your itinerary is, therefore it is difficult to advise you further. If you google visitors guide to paris or perhaps how to get to the Eiffel tower from disneyland paris then I'm sure you will find answers that you require or you can take a look at http://parisbytrain.com/ which should provide the info for you to decide things.
Apart from that it really is up to you!0 -

This appears to be the BalletShoes advice centre!
I've been to DLP three times, first time on the day it opened! Always driven there. But now have my own family and promised my DD I would take her for her Birthday in Feb. I've stayed hotel Cheyenne, Davy Crocket and a non disney hotel before. Enjoyed them all. 2 adults, 2 kids (4 and 0.1 years!)
I would like to take the train - is buying direct from Eurostar is best?
This time we would really like to stay onsite at a hotel nearer entrance (walking distance for sporadic breast feeding necessity) and get Magic Hours. Also at same time we would really like to have at least two separate rooms. (or lounge/bedroom with closing doors). I know this might cost an arm and a leg! Any ideas what the cheapest two room layout is onsite? (Normally without a newborn i'd drive and go davy crocket - which I recommend for families).
Wondering what the best time to go around start of Feb is to avoid French kids if there is any?0 -
hi again, i have another question. we dont have credit cards, only debit cards. i dont really want to take a load of cash when we go away, but dont mind taking some. also dont want to get charged for using our card.
can anyone suggest what would be best? also where is the best place to change some of the cash to euros? post office?
sorry to sound silly, but its our 1st time abroard**Waiting for a BIG win!**
Thank you all posters!

If you have an Asda near to you, change your money there as they will give you a better rate.
Bear in mind, any money exchange will incur commission!
You really need to either have a credit card for purchases, fee free are ones from the Nationwide and Saga i.e. it doesn't cost you anything to convert from Euros to pounds unlike the rest.
For cash you would be better pre loading a card and use that to extract moeny from the hole in the wall machines. Asda will be able to issue one of these for you.
Other option is to exchange all your money here into Euros and that will then naturally govern / limit your spending and before you ask how much, that depends on whether you eat in, eat out, how many etc!

definitely - and if its for Feb this year book it now, as those seats (both direct and indirect via Lille) have already been on sale for months, and they only get more expensive the longer you leave it to book.

there is a lovely clean babycare centre in both the parks at DLP, set up for breastfeeding etc.
All the onsite hotels are within 20 minutes walking distance, your cheapest options if you feel you really need 2 rooms would be the Santa Fe or Cheyenne. All the onsite hotels have interconnecting rooms, but you would have to pay for 2 rooms rather than one.
If separate rooms is your priority, I think you would probably find it more convenient, even with a newborn, to drive and stay at Davy Crockatts.

as long as you go before 14th Feb you should be fine- as thats the start of the French school holidays.
