But you might want to advise her that she is committing fraud. She has declared to tax credits that she is single when she isn't - she has you living with her and giving her money. You are a couple. If HMRC find out, which they will eventually, all of the money she has received since you started that arrangement will have to be repaid and give it is deliberate there is likely to be penalties. Potentially even prosecution.
I would suggest you make a couple claim asap.
