Yes but I think this person's family paid £60 during the POPLA process, in a panic, so PE should say he owes £40 now the POPLA appeal has been lost. The full amount comes into play, less any discount paid (POPLA do consider cases where the OP has also paid the discount charge).

Well, if PE want the extra £40, it becomes due on Wednesday 28th September. They haven't sent us an invoice or any other communication. As I recall, the RK had to send the original sum to a different address, and has forgotten who/where that was...0
