Actually this time I went with black, decorated with red and gold chilli peppers :rotfl:Must use my stash up!0 -
How very avant garde! Be careful with the chilli peppers though, Hubert is very partial to chillies, and he is as blind as a bat without his specs....One life - your life - live it!0

Had a spendy day.
Bought and shared at box of Maltesers at work. Then bought my car insurance for the year.
Quote came in - up £65 on last year. Went through MSE site comparison and by the time I added all the usual extras - the cheapest site from all 3 comparison sites came back £2 more than I paid last year. Rang my current insurance provider up and haggled. Got it cheaper than last year by £8.00 (£73.00 less than the quote that they gave me for this year and £10 cheaper than the cheapest quote on the comparison site).
Tomorrow will also be a spendy day as I have the dentist.
What a week I am having - car service, car insurance and dentist all in one week!!!
Hopefully the 31st July will be a NSD and I will hit my second target.2025 Fashion on a ration 0/66 coupons

Good result, Gemgem - proves you should always challenge your insurance renewal quotes! I have always found insurers willing to negotiate, they must expect phone calls when they send out renewal notices. One life - your life - live it!0

My husband just goes straight for the price comparison site and if the renewal quote can be beaten he just goes with the new company. He says that if the insurance company can't give him the best price from the start, he won't give them another chance.
I prefer to haggle with my current provider once I have checked out the competition - because you only ever know how good they are once you have to claim.2025 Fashion on a ration 0/66 coupons

Little bit of spending today but made a profit overall thanks to some mystery shopping so I reckon that counts as NSD 12/12 :j
Get paid tomorrow - finally! Will try for another NSD though since I don't really need to buy anything.....Starting 2016 debt-free

I would have been on yesterday but in between knitting the rest of the pink lurex bunting, new red long Johns for Igor, little swimming cossies for Helga's voles AND my own STUNNING ball gown I quite forgot :rotfl:
Jolly good show Knit Witch! :j:j:j
I don't think anyone could beat your whopping pile of nsds!
Igor is busy doing his best Tom Cruise/Cocktail impression, but without the charm and good looks, making up a big pitcher of pilchard margharitas to celebrate!Yay!0 -

Straight off the catwalk at the latest Spring Show in Bognor I see.
You'll be the Belle of the Ball!
Hubert, who knows a thing or two about fashion, has suggested slicing a few extra chillies to make a dinky little chilli tiara, chilli earings and nosegays.Thoughts?0
