Ahhh i don't use quotation marks either - i just used it to clarify what I meant to search for! Titles only is usually the future!

Hi all
Ive just found nearly a full tub of soured cream that i want to use up, ive also got all the usual baking suppluies, flour,eggs,but ive only got dark brown sugar ?
Could anyone rec any recipes ?

There seem to be a fair few american cake recipes using sour cream, the downside is they all measure in cups. Does anyone know what the conversion is to grams? Although I suppose it depends on what you are measuring; doesn't it?
