    Hi,
I have almost a full large tub of sour cream in the fridge and need some ideas as I don't really want to throw it away.
    Any suggestions welcome.

Yes great with refried beans in a wrap a la Mexican, or just with cheese and/or nuts. It'll pretty much go with anything. Pasta with mushrooms and sour cream also sounds nice, although have never tried it.

Mmmm send it my way!! I adore sour cream :)

Mexican is the way to go. Use with fajitas, burritos, tortillas, quesidilas, chilli, nachos.

Or use as a dip, or cooling sauce for hot curry. Or dollop on a jacket spud.

    Mmmmmmm........... :)
