Lynne its a pollen allergy really but he takes human hayfever tablets! His eyes run and his skin and paws get really itchy. Steriods work but are not a long term solution. We do all sorts of things to help him but the only real solution is keeping him indoors for a day here and there when its really bad.

Its a beautiful morning out there, have just watered the tubs on the patio. Paid stuff this morning then will get on with some flying/decluttering this aft.

Pigpen its good that your DS talks to the psychologist and great that you have got on ongoing referral. Mine wont/cant express his feelings so at the moment is not being treated. I really hope it helps.

Right, best get ready for the day.

Oooh when's that on Rainy Days? I love the Obsessive Compulsive Cleaners programme:)

They are doing the repeats at the moment on the extra sky channels. Not sure what tv system you have but if you go into 'Search' and type in obsessive, it will come up and I just hit the record button.

I wish they would bring back Kim and Aggie I really do - they were dynamic!

I am still here and still flying when I am not walking the dog, doing paid stuff or taking the kids here there and everywhere. House isn't looking too bad although I haven't managed to complete any lists this week. I have just managed to get the 15 or so packs of bread rolls that OH bought YS yesterday into an already packed freezer so that is an achievement!

    CY thinking of you today

pigpen I knew from previous posts what a waste of space KH was but this week is another level. He will get his comeupance (is that spelt correctly cos it look wrong!). As YS says it is good that ds3 is talking to the psychologist, my ds1 (16) won't talk either so isn't getting the help he needs.

YS I hadn't heard of dogs getting hayfever either

ds2 had his scouts raft race yesterday (sorry I have racked my brains trying to think who is the scout leader and my mind has gone blank). He wasn't very keen to go as none of his friends were going and it was all younger scouts but having said he was going I said he had to as they would be expecting him and the leaders give up their time so should be supported. As the leader said when I picked ds2 up they just about got off the bank!!

mumof2 hope your dog is OK now

minnie mouses mummy good luck with your interviews

MMM good luck with the interviews

Really  with myself because last night I lost one of the files I had worked so hard on  That's another couple of hours' work to be repeated GRRRRRRRRRR!!!

    Lots of driving today:
    - 6 miles to drop DH off at railway and do shopping
    - 30 miles cross-country to see DGS3+4 and help DDiL2 clean and tidy their house before the big party weekend (DS is being ordained on Sunday)
    - 40 miles of mostly motorway to drop off a resource box to my colleague
    - 40 miles of mostly (different) motorways home
    - 2 miles out and back again to a meeting this evening, if I get back early enough from the long drive.

    Catch up later x
