I would add parking on this is going to be a nightmare, we have a similar development near us and all the houses have two cars and most now have 3 - some have converted bits of grass to park but otherwise if theres a fire your !!!!!!ed....
for me if i couldn't park my cars on the drive it would be a no deal - we spent a few years living somewhere with shared parking and it was a nightmare to get anywhere close to our house even though we had 3 spaces directly behind with only 2 houses.
and yes it'll be over priced as all new builds are, i'd be looking closely at the house at 90k less or moving elsewhere with decent parking.The futures bright the future is Ginger0 -
