    I would add parking on this is going to be a nightmare, we have a similar development near us and all the houses have two cars and most now have 3 - some have converted bits of grass to park but otherwise if theres a fire your !!!!!!ed....

    for me if i couldn't park my cars on the drive it would be a no deal - we spent a few years living somewhere with shared parking and it was a nightmare to get anywhere close to our house even though we had 3 spaces directly behind with only 2 houses.

    and yes it'll be over priced as all new builds are, i'd be looking closely at the house at 90k less or moving elsewhere with decent parking.
