Well, I'm up.. Hubby has taken the midgets off to church so God is getting his bothering today and I get some peace.. Quiet cuppa, chocolate muffin and some prawns sounds like a fantastic breakfast to me.. I actually think I developed bit of a bug yesterday I had a really wobbly tummy BEFORE the alcohol and went through a whole strip of rennies and 1/4 bottle of pepto bismol before it actually settled enough that I could sleep.
Cuppa.. food.. and a pee (first!!)

 If you didn't already have a wobbly tummy, you will have now!! You are not pregnant are you with that kind of combination??:rotfl:

Me too, I love chocolate muffins and I love prawns but wouldn't eat them at breakfast together :rotfl: I have always been able to eat anything first thing in the morning, pregnant or not: Pickles, fish, cake, sweets, left overs... but not together..:rotfl: Enjoy, it just made me laugh because you said you had a wobbly tummy yesterday..

lil_me the cat doesn't need rehoming. My neighbour has gone on holiday and she arranged for her brother to feed the cat. Which he did for the first 3 days but the cat has been outside since last Wednesday (she was being kept in before) and no sign of anyone seeing to her. I can only think some kind of family emergency must have happened, although why they wouldn't have phoned the owner to come home I don't know. She's only gone about 30 miles away. They don't get back until next weekend.
  • Afternoon all. My sister's boat trip thing is cancelled due to the weather, which I think might be a good thing because the house is a total utter mess. So much so I want to cry. A couple of weeks ago it was clean, tidy and clutter free. Now it's a total mess, everything is in the wrong room, junk and dust everywhere.

Today I'm going to attempt to get the house back into some sort of order.

[strike] Move some of my pairs of boots from under stairs to storage[/strike]

Sweep up ex's old study and tidy away the DIY stuff from in there
    Clean upstairs bathroom
    [strike] Tidy bedroom

well not too bad, off to a good start today!

have moved the fridge freezer to the other side of the room (its in the dining room as i cant fit it in the kitchen), cleaned where it had been (yuk!) moved the litter trays and cat bowls too. plus i put a load of stuff out for recycling:) and mopped the dining room floor.

popped to the shop to get milk and while i was there dropped off the glass for the recycle bins (our council doesnt collect glass)

have a chicken in for dinner tonight. cant wait, i love a good roast and i dont usually bother on a sunday but really fancied it today.

What a wet day here, all we've done is nip to Aldi, we had to sit in the car for ages when we got back as rain was coming really heavy. Made DH sort his wardrobe - one off the list! - well he sat and on the bed and I through what I thought was cr*p into a bin bag which is now fit to burst.

My sister and her fella have been round for an hour which was lovely and we've just finished lunch - warm cibatta bread, crisps and cheese so so yummuy but bad. Making a roast for tea.

Lil me thanks for the ebay tip! Have put 3 things on this morning but one has been removed for trademark or something, really don't understand what I did wrong - have checked and theres loads of stuff on there, including a lot of very clear fake things. Will try again to list it on Wednesday and put DS's unworn coat, snowsuit, etc on there then.

Right, DS is in bed and DH is watching footie so am going to do the mad half hour thing. Got some ironing to do and lots of other boring stuff. xx
