Give the work tops and cupboard fronts your attention (with a cloth, don't flutter your eyelashes at them )
    Shine your sink, flylady basics
Splash backs and greasy tiles? Yep, swishy there too!
    Level 3
Pop the bin and doormat outside, then sweep and mop your floor
    Wipe over the small appliances
    Extras:
    • Do you need to test your smoke alarms?
    • Wipe over your big appliances
    • Count your baking tins and sheets. How many??? Do you really need all of them?

Hugs to all in need. Can't offer any spoons today, needing them for myself.:D

Now do the same with the unnecessary worktop clutter! There you go! Well done!

  • OK am in today but bathroom sorted as more in need than anywhere else.

Kitchen worktops cleared of clutter and sink, bowl and drainer clean and shiny, will do cupboard fronts and appliances later. Rest is OK for now.

Having a few minutes to paint toenails, as the sun is out and will be wearing summer shoes so toes have to look respectable!

Thanks YorkshireLass - that was indeed the problem!

Had a productive morning so far.

[STRIKE]Beds stripped, bedding washed and on the line[/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]DW emptied[/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]S and S'd downstairs loo[/STRIKE]

    On to the main list.

    [STRIKE]Wipe a window or two[/STRIKE]
    Level 3
[STRIKE]Wipe the front door, inside and out[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]Tidy or declutter a hotspot (rehome shoe rack and hallway rubbish)[/STRIKE]
    Extras:
10 mins decluttering on kitchen shelves

Hallway clearing couldn't have come at a better time. Everything from our hallway needs to be rehomed so that we can squeeze a pram down the narrow space!

Hallway now looks much bigger! Still going to be a squeeze for the pram though. Shoe rack has been rehomed to the unusually large downstairs loo! The reorganisation has highlighted how grubby the supposed to be white hallway walls are. Going to have to do a bit of painting I think!

Just the kitchen bookshelf to go but will prob do after collecting DD from school.

2 days in and the bottom floor of the house looks like a normal persons house. Only 2 more floors to go!

Missymoo I've only just seen your post from yesterday; I do hope your DH isn't affected, I know myself how awful it is (Mr LW spent 11 months on the "jam roll" some years back). I'll keep everything crossed for you. Oh, and don't ever apologise for offloading here; it's a safe place to do so, and if we can't make it better, we can empathise and send posi-vibes, at the very least.

Hoping recovery is going well in the CY and Natty households.

Sorry, I have fearful brainfog today (bluddy lupus!) so can I just leave a pile of (((HUGS))) and posi-vibes, and you help yourselves as needed?

Oooh, before I forget, ta muchly for the spoons yesterday piggers; much appreciated!:D

Off to cook some sausages now - sausage salad for dins tonight.;)

ooh... we have had a giggle today.. KH and his baggage at 41 and 44 respectively had an 'engagement party' .. seriously.. sad or what,? this is what children do!! I don't know anyone over 22 who had an engagement party!.. of course at the 'take-the-kids-out-when-you-get-paid-dole-all-you-can-eat' kinda place.. none of the older children were invited.. they didn't know anything about it until his sister put a fb status about it. Looks like they aren't getting wedding invites either. the girls are amused but we just aren't telling DS3 he will just be upset and take it out on all of us.

Anyway.. Squeak hospital appointment and this reminder served to fuel my name distress..

2 parcels ready to send.. 1 more to sort.. school run first!
